Intel ha già reso pubblico il proprio Software Development Kit per gli sviluppatori, il che significa che è realistico aspettarsi tra breve l'implementazione. In effetti, il computing percettivo rappresenta una svolta radicale nel modo in cui interagiamo con qualsiasi dispositivo o tecnologia. Sarà possibile controllare la TV con i gesti, senza più perdere tempo a cercare il telecomando sotto i cuscini del divano. Oppure limitarsi a dire all'auto la destinazione del viaggio senza la necessità di fermarsi e programmare il GPS.
Gli appassionati di video giochi potranno immergersi completamente nei loro mondi virtuali, utilizzando il movimento del corpo, anziché il mouse o il gamepad per sparare agli alieni e trovare tesori. Sarà anche possibile voltare le pagine di un e-reader con un semplice movimento degli occhi.
Potremo dunque dire addio al fidato mouse, così come al telecomando. Anche se ciò difficilmente significherà porre fine alle discussioni con il proprio partner sulla scelta del canale da guardare…

Group of panelists shared their insights into how innovative uses of technology become a source of competitive advantage, leading to sustainable business and entrepreneurial success.
The student:computer ratio in our school improved by a considerable factor today, as our IT department delivered some more of our hardware for our netbook project. We've had the charging/sync cart since August, and we've had functioning WiFi and 4 netbooks in the school since early December. With the arrival today of 8 additional red and 8 additional blue netbooks, and the anticipated re-imaging of our remaining original 4 black netbooks to bring that number up to 8, we're soon hoping to have 24 wireless-enabled mobile computers to use right in the classroom instructional space. If we contrast what we can do with these resources with what we can't do without them, I think one would say we're likely to see some pop in our program and in student learning.

I am very proud to announce a new breakthrough in Windows technology. For all of us, it is a quite tedious everyday task to ensure that Windows which are expected to stay open really stay open and do not get closed unintendedly. After a lot of experimental research, I finally found a perfect solution: I connect the Windows via Universal Serial Bus. Since the details are hard to explain in easy English Words, and are to be published soon in Bernie's Journal of High Technology anyway, I suggest you to take a look at this photograph here.
A patent application has already been submitted, and I hired an extremely expensive patent attorney to make sure that the patent will be granted - this is real High Technology and not the usual trivial junk patents are granted for, hence a professional specialist is required for this non-trivial purpose.
If you want to use this technology, you need a license. For the purpose of testing, you are allowed to use this technology for a maximum of 10 Windows for not more than 10 days for free. After that period, you need to pay for your license. To keep things easy, just pay 1 Cent per Window and day to my bank account. For bigger sites, easy licensing schemes are available - please inquire. In case you are a technology consultant and want to sell this technology to your customers, please inquire for resale conditions.
Please note that my patent also includes other electronic methods for keeping Windows open, like the more clumsy connections by Local Area Network, Serial Port, or Parallel Port. Any patent infringement will be severely prosecuted!
