It actually rained a bit around noon yesterday, but just barely enough to wet the pavement. Within a couple hours all traces evaporated, leaving the desiccation cracks on what used to be wetlands as wide as ever by the time I went out for my evening photowalk.... Welcome to the new desert Midwest.

Jordan and I had been talking about shooting for almost two years before we finally made it happen - and it was worth it! She is an amazing young lady - much taller and beautiful than her other photos showed. We had a great shoot on a lovely day in September 2022. I loved our chemistry and we're already discussing more shoots. Wow!
