A few of our partners from H-E-B came out to Rodriguez Elementary to take part in one of our Seed-to-Plate Nutrition Education™ classes. After tending their garden and learning about nutrition earlier in the week, third graders prepare a 1-2-3 salad with every food group represented. How does it taste? Thumbs up all around!
