Rhododendron Garden in May

The teacups lit up at night with beautiful colors.

Going as fast as the teacup could, my camera found some lights throwing up above us.

Spinning the teacups

Halloween is here! And my angel and I are trying to see as many haunted houses, sims and places on the Second Life grid.

So far, my favorite place is still The Funhouse by PantzerHamzter Petshop! But I also liked the House of Horrors, too. One was mental horror while the other was classic Halloween icons.

Xavier and I went to The Love Bugg Haunted House. My SL brother Stig had gone there w/ my sister-in-law, Leo. They had a blast... so he sent me an LM.

Sooo fun. What was cool though is that we didn't have to struggle with navigation. It was basically a teacup ride through horror! Very well done. Try to go soon. There were a lot of avies there!

Happy Halloween!

Set of teacups. These actually go with a snack set, so they have a matching plate.

Teacup found on the Great Central Railway near Lutterworth.

Lime sugar cookies - made for my "Australia's Biggest Morning Tea" party (to raise money for the Cancer Council). Funny thing: these turned out sweeter than my usual lemon ones. I think I like the lemon better.

My finished ((finally)) painting of the Disneyland teacups.

5 adult-sized kids in a single teacup at Disneyland.

Christina's birthday present. I made it using a charity shopped cup and saucer, superglue, Ikea fabric, Mod Podge (imported, oh yeah), fabric tape measure, vintage buttons and thread.

He can run like a quarter horse, but he's waist high.

I must photogrpah all the teacups.

Birmingham's Chinese Lantern Festival at the Botanical Gardens in Edgbaston returns to offer a feast for the eyes, with a multitude of impressive illuminated tableaux set along a trail through the park.

The Lantern Festival at Birmingham Botanical Gardens runs from 23rd November 2018 to 1st January 2019. For more see below (however the weblink only shows the lanterns in London's show which seem more ambitious in scale) :-
