Weather started lifting on Thursday, breaking through into full sun for a couple hours around noon when we were up on Rothorn for arguably the best runs of the week.
Linds took a lesson from a Swiss ski instructor she described as taskmaster, and David, George, and I met her for a late 235pm lunch after we skiied nonstop from get-go until then. Best ski day of the trip.
That night, to the Whymper-Stube fondue and raclette restaurant tucked inside the Monte Rosa hotel.
ummmmm got up. didnt do any work. had breakfast, skated around in the sun badly for a while. um. then i convinced mol to play some table tennis with me which we did for a while which was nice. lunch. played guitar for a bit. helped mum with a photo, lay on the sofa and am gunna watch sum tv with peg (probably not taskmaster this evening lol)
Coming flying after an interval of about nine months.
