This long drink is the perfect refreshment for warm summer days:

200 ml / 8% ABV

Ingredients: Gin (4 cl), Schweppes Indian Tonic Water (16 cl), lemon zest (1 piece), ice cubes

Preparation:

100/365. This is one hundred days

You "must" see the stunning detail

Today celebrates the 100th day of my 365 project. It's somewhat of a milestone for me, so I figured I would put in just a tad more effort (which of course involved the stubby. Considering I lugged ALL this stuff outside was more than a miracle.

Nevertheless, as much as I'd love to ramble, reminisce, and ponder about my personal journey through the 365... let's just say it's not over. Cheers to 265 more days!

found this bottle while browsing through the liquor store aisles while my son perused the abundance of craft beers. I fell in love with the shape and colour, bought it, my son drank the gin and now I use it for water, and the water's flavour is enhanced by the gorgeous green glass :)

We have been offline for the past week, enjoying each others company. Rented a small cottage in Galena, Illinois for the past week. Internet was sparse, outdoors was quite, company lovely.

Normally we are not so messy, but, oh heck there is no but. The gin and bourbon were consumed, chips and salsa ate, pineapple devoured. By the time we left, we had cleaned up after ourselves, and wondered if this is what it will be like when we retire. And if it is, well, let's just say we will have smiles on our faces. Take care of one another. B
