Otters having fun today, and what a day Sue and I had, It was just one of those days you are glad you made the effort!!

The last full day of summer fun today. Another beautiful day spent at Lanikai Beach on the windward side of Oahu.
AMSTERDAM Light Festival - Praten, zonder dat woorden nodig zijn. Ook de twee spectaculaire hoofden van de Hongaarse lichtkunstenaar Viktor Vicsek hebben talloze emoties en reageren op elkaar. Het verschil met mensen is dat deze Talking Heads dat niet doen door spieren aan te spannen, maar met alle mogelijkheden van het licht. Per hoofd zorgen zo’n 4000 individueel bestuurbare leds voor verschillende gelaatsuitdrukkingen, en dat in diverse kleuren. Omdat ze met elkaar verbonden zijn door wifi reageren ze op elkaar, maar ook op de inmenging van bezoekers. Ze voeren gesprekken met licht.
AMSTERDAM Light Festival – talking without words are required. Also the two spectacular heads of the Hungarian light artist Viktor Vicsek have countless emotions and respond to each other. The difference with people is that these Talking Heads don't by muscles, but with all the possibilities of light. Each head concerns about 4000 individually controllable leds for various facial expressions, and that in various colors. Because they are connected by Wi-Fi they react to each other, but also on the interference of visitors. They make calls with light.
