A derelict shop front getting a make over in Dublin 2. COVID-19, Level 3, June 2021.
Taken with a Leitz Elmar 50mm f2.8 lens on a Leica M4-P camera body, using Ilford HP5 (400 ASA) black and white film. Developed and scanned by the excellent John Gunn Camera Shop on Wexford Street.

and at that point said no. I should have done it then before I whacked off my hair a couple of days ago. Plus any man who sends me candy should be able to ask almost anything.
Then Dan, wash52121 tagged me this morning feeling he was really pushing his luck. He was but. . . At the risk of seeming whatever I seem to be for not playing and to discourage anyone from tagging me again, here I am this morning, wrinkles, bed head and all.
This is the first time I've ever held up a camera in front of me and snapped a photo, usually use a tripod. It isn't as easy as it looks but I finally got an infocus photo with nothing chopped off weirdly and quit. These are my computer glasses, something you need when you get old, so you know I didn't primp.
Also, I needed to do this for me as I need to accept myself older.
Should anyone want to be tagged, consider this one.

I actually first saw this guy in another one of my strange and detailed dreams. He was fighting against some ogre or troll inside a church with stained glass windows and was defending a girl with four arms and wings.
He's supposed to be a mage, hence the wand in his hand. He actually hardly resembles this at all, Disney style is way too limiting for my imagination. He looks a lot like this Korean pop star. (who is oddly enough named Leeteuk haha)

I was just playing yesterday as I was tired of standing on my feet in the kitchen!
Just wanted to play pink, pretty and paper... o yes, and a little bit of glitter for the centre of the flowers.
So, I'm just sitting here all comfy, propped up in bed with my laptop, knocking around flickr, and Boom! perro_viejo tags me to tell you-all ten true things about me that you don't already know. Sheesh. Now I have think! Hmmmmm . . . ok, here goes:
1 . I'm left-handed (big whoop).
2. My wife and I have four sons, all by our previous marriages.
3. Today is my birthday.
4. I belong to two different churches (don't ask).
5. I can recite from memory, in correct order, all of the stops on Amtrak's route from New York to Boston.
6. I can recite from memory, in correct order, all of the cross streets in Boston's Back Bay (It's really not hard to do.)
7. Every morning, before breakfast, I perform the Five Tibetan Rites (Google it.)
8. A few weeks ago, I signed a contract with Bloomberg Press to co-author a book on the MIDAS Method of Technical Analysis. (Haven't started writing yet!)
9. Over the last three months, my co-author and I have had three articles published, and I've written two more which have been accepted for publication.
10. And finally, my most amazing achievement, I once helped put out a forest fire by peeing on a burning stump.

Fazer metas é sempre uma tarefa complicada, principalmente quando você lê o que se comprometeu a fazer e percebe que falhou miseravelmente. Hahahaha! Mas mesmo assim sempre gosto de cria-las no início do ano.

- Lyanna, a Unicórnio: Estou com esse projeto desde 2016 e finalmente ele se realizará em 2017! Debb me mostrou uma ilustração da Juliana Rabelo maravilhosa! Era de um unicórnio menina delicado e doce e fiquei maravilhada com sua beleza. Cogitei tatuar algo inspirado nessa ilustração, mas tive uma ideia ainda melhor: ter uma pullip inspirada nessa fofura. A Ká fará o face-up e já tenho comigo a wig, as orelhinhas e o chifre! Estou extremamente animada. *U*
- Dal Tina: Quero muito transformar a Laura numa mocinha crescida e isso quase aconteceu no ano passado, mas infelizmente perdi a oportunidade. Mas desse ano não passa (espero).
- Algum Taeyang: Tenho vários personagens em mente, mas não sei quem trazer primeiro. Por isso achei melhor não especificar. =D
- Wigs para Rorona, Vayne e Luna: Eles são os únicos que precisam de uma wig definitiva aqui em casa (se não me engano). Principalmente a Rorona e o Vayne. A da Luna ainda está maravilhosa, mas ela eventualmente precisará de uma substituta. Espero que não seja esse ano, mas achei melhor incluí-la. XD
- Investir em roupas e acessórios: Uma meta de 2016 que ficará para 2017, hahahaah. Minhas meninas e (PRINCIPALMENTE) meninos precisam desesperadamente de roupas novas e acessórios. T-T Espero não falhar novamente nessa meta. (Aceito sugestões de onde achar roupas para os meninos.)
- Re-ments novos: Não comprei re-ments no ano que passou (pelo menos não muitos), e estou sentindo falta de aumentar minha coleção. XD Quero muito um do Pikachu que vi na Ichigo. *U*
- Definir melhor os gostos das dolls: Sempre que uma doll nova chega eu defino o que ela gosta de comer, seu hobby, gosto musical, o que detesta comer, etc. E tenho algumas dolls que não cheguei a definir isso. Está mais do que na hora de dar vida a elas!
+Pessoais+
- Ser mais disciplinada: Percebi que meu real problema é a falta de disciplina e não a falta de organização. Pelo menos percebi isso a tempo.
- Passar no mestrado: Em 2016 participei do processo seletivo e meu projeto foi aprovado e passei na prova de línguas, mas não tirei nota suficiente na prova específica, então acabei não indo para a última fase. Espero mudar isso esse ano e conseguir passar nela e na entrevista.
- Cuidar mais do meu corpo: No ano que passou cuidei muito do meu rosto e até consegui seguir uma rotina de cuidados com a pele, então está na hora de dar atenção para o meu corpo também. Prestar mais atenção no que estou comendo e também lembrar sempre que ele precisa se movimentar e não ficar paradinho. Então pretendo reeducar minha alimentação (a disciplina vai ajudar nisso) e fazer mais alguma atividade física além da dança do ventre.
- Ler 60 livros: Li mais de 50 livros em 2016, e quero aumentar esse número para 60 em 2017. Existem ainda muitas histórias que quero conhecer!
- Fazer o estágio em alguma escola agradável: No segundo semestre começarei o meu estágio e estou muuuito animada. Já tenho algumas escolas em mente, mas torço para escolher a que me trará a experiência mais agradável possível, pois não quero que a minha animação vá para o espaço. xD
- Cuidar melhor da minha saúde mental: Senti em 2016 que minha grande inimiga foi minha própria cabeça, e não posso deixar que isso aconteça novamente.
- Viajar para algum lugar novo: Quero muito viajar, pois a viagem que fiz para Campos do Jordão acabou não contando muito, já que passei mal durante todo o período. Adoraria ir para fora do país, mas ficarei feliz em conhecer qualquer lugar novo.

À mon sujet/About myself :
1/ Arrêter de m’énerver pour certaines futilités alors que je reste calme pour les choses les plus graves (oui, moi être logique…).
2/ Participer plus en cours, même si j’aime pas ça. Ou, tout du moins, le faire pour les matières où la participation orale est notée (bah ouais, ça butte ma moyenne ces conneries).
3/ Avoir 19 de moyenne. 8D (Nan, j’déconne, mais mon égo kifferait.)
4/ Devenir plus méchante… ‘Fin, arrêter de dire oui à tout alors que je sais parfaitement que je me fais avoir, quoi.
5/ Être moins timide (parce qu’entre la bavarde-gueularde que je suis avec les gens que je connais et la meuf à la voix suraiguë et toute petite que je deviens avec les gens que je « connais pas » (observez-moi en cours, observez-moi à la récré, la différence est frappante… x___x)).
6/ Arrêter de vieillir. xD
7/ Être moins flemmarde (oui, je suis très très très flemmarde, genre, si jamais je lève la main en cours *événement !*, je tends pas mon bras en l'air, mais je pose mon coude sur la table, parce que la flemme de faire un effort de plus).

Je sais, je sais, la photo qui illustre le Tag ressemble étrangement a une autre, enfin bon, quand je sais pas quoi prendre en photo, je prends mes shoes ..

1. Je suis un petit garçon sans défenses, qui s'attache très (trop?) vite aux gens.
2. A une période j'était très timide, je rougissais à la moindre petite chose.
3. Grâce aux dolls, j'ai rencontré pleins de personnes qui comptes beaucoup à mes yeux .. voir plus que certains amis.
4. J'ai un style vestimentaire particulier (?) enfin, selon les autres garçons du bahut. Oui, j'ose mettre des pantalons colorés *sacrilèèèèèège*, fin, je me vois pas en jogging !
5. Je suis célibataire (si certaines sont intéressées /PAN/) et ça fait du bien, pas de contraintes ou autres, libertéééé.
6. Je parle à mes poupées, elles me comprennent *ou pas*.
7. Plus ça va, plus je remarque que la plupart des pullipiennes sont fans de Kpop.. faut m'expliquer pourquoi.
8. Je suis en gaga de "Body Party" de Ciara, cette fille m'hypnotise !
9. J'ai envi du Taeyang de la série de Cendrillon, il m'as l'air plus que pas mal !

This is on my sister's Sprite. A previous owner of the car must have started stacking registration tags every successive year. Apparently she has decided to continue the tradition.

1. Nick and I are getting married March 18, 2010!
2. I am getting really into film photography. I think improving my film photographs will make me a better photographer. I won’t be able to rely on post editing.
3. I am giving out fake mustaches at our wedding :)
4. I think decorating a house is really hard. We have an office that is extremely bare and I have not found/thought of a great way to decorate it. It is fairly small. Of the four walls, one is bare and has the desk against it, another has a window that takes up most of the space, another has the closet that takes up the whole wall, and the other has the door on one side. Suggestions???
5. I hate not knowing what I want to do with my life. Sometimes I think I want to go into teaching, other times I think I want to do photography full-time, and the rest of the time I don’t know. I am definitely one of those people that likes to have things thought out most of the time.
6.I do not drink any alcohol. I think Nick is lucky because he will always have a designated driver. It is funny though...when I tell people I don’t drink, sometimes their perception of me changes. I have no moral reasons for not drinking, I just think the taste of alcohol is gross.
7. Ever since Nick decided to grow a mustache I have thought they were really cool. I would like a t-shirt that has something to do with a stache!!!
8. I only like to watch movies of the comedy genre. I think that irritates Nick sometimes. I cannot handle scary movies because I am a wimp. I saw the Candy Man in 6th grade and could not sleep for a week. Action movies are fine, but just not for me. And love stories that are not funny do not interest me. I prefer not to cry. I mean, when I watch a movie I am just tuning out from reality and the last thing I want to do is cry (call me crazy).
9. I really like music. Sometimes it can really get me pumped about something or just make me feel happy :) I do not know if anyone saw 500 Days of Summer, but you gotta check out this song
10. I think pizza is probably one of my favorite foods. If I was not getting married in a couple of months, I would be eating it every day! Nick and I found a really great pizza place here in Phoenix and no one ever seems to know of it. If you live in Phoenix or ever plan on coming here (Jessica, you will have to go there with me) then you gotta check out this place

For a short period of time, thankfully, the Green Mountain would pull their plow rather than shoving it when clearing the line to deal with the problem of ice in the crossings. Just by chance I pulled a few slides to scan this evening and noticed that I took this particular photograph twenty one years ago today. Ouch!

1. I'm Dutch, and intend to be so for a while longer.
2. Fredoichi's blog lured me out of the dark age and into the Flickr community.
3. I love traveling to Asia. I've been to Tokyo and multiple times to Hong Kong, Singapore and Malaysia.
4. I've met Jackie Chan once while traveling from Singapore to Hong Kong, we were on the same flight. My girlfriend had his girlfriend take a picture of us. Awesomeness.
5. Last summer was my first time in the USA (NY, DC, Orlando, Miami and Cape Canaveral). I intend to go there again, as I had a pretty good time.
6. I play volleyball, and rather fanatically at that.
7. I don't have a specific taste in music or movies. It greatly depends on my state of being at a particular moment what I like to watch or listen to.
8. As the picture shows, I really like sailing, but only manage to do so about once a year. This always gives me a strong nostalgic feeling as my parents took me sailing pretty often as a kid.
9. I applied for the Royal Netherlands Air Force once. All tests went pretty well until the medical examination where it turned out I had slightly blurred vision in my right eye. To this day I don't use/need glasses or lenses though.
10. I'm a web/graphic designer for a living.

It was not easy to take this picture. As Bela didn´t understand what I exactly wants for her. When she finally stopped moving and I could arrange doll near her, so she stared frighten at me if I think a mean it seriously. Maybe you can see her shy frightened sight :-)
