These insects are easily recognisable by their elongated snouts (this is known as their rostrum). Weevils are the bane of a gardeners life as they cause so much damage to roots and bulbs, they get everywhere. I found this one on my tablelamp! They are the commonest pest found in stored grain infesting wheat, oats, rye, barley, rice, and corn. The Grain Weevil cannot fly but is a tireless walker

Today we are facing an energy consumption society; and electricity, coal, oil etc. such energy resource is becoming tenser and tenser. The entire world's energy which is in store, according to estimates of experts, is only able to be used for another 50 years, and now our country and the entire community has regarded the energy saving as the first-class event.

Conserving energy for future generations to apply to the human race development is really an emergency now. So under that demands, the use of solar energy has made the future a little brighter. We are happy to realize that solar power is the key to solve the problem of resource shortage.

The light is coming from a halogen table lamp facing upward from under the coffee table. The table is just a glass, not a mirror surface, so I taped a sheet of white paper to the underside of the glass to hide the lamp.

This photo was taken as something for me to do between me hitting the shutter release on the other camera every minute (I do not have an option to have it automatically do that on the camera).

The object that looks like a camera strap is the end of a piece of tape that was used so that the camera would not shift from shot to shot.

Needed a table lamp but didn't find something I liked, ended up in secondhand shop and found this one, totally disliked the yellow lampshade but found it had potential with minor costs, just bought another lampshade, changed the bulb too, went for a led, so this little beauty starts a new life
