Lamps made of old Chinese biscuit tins. These tins are around 30 years old.
The lamp has a touch sensitive switch. You can switch it on/off and change between three different dimming levels by just touching the lamp. These lamps look very nice with Edison bulbs (carbon filament bulb).

This is a table light made of solid rock salt, it has the center bored out
enought to fit a small 240v bulb.
Very nice service and especially in the morning loved by Dutch tourists, as I was told. Situated next to the cathedral.

This is a funky brass desk lamp, probably from the fifties / sixties.
An unusual cotton shade is nicely formed.
The lamp is in a used but excellent condition. One lamp holder (socket) for a 40W lamp.
Dimensions: hight 520mm, shade: 120mm X 300mm.

It was only a matter of time. Rayguns and robots and armour ... and now, steampunk lamps. Industrialization never looked so good. Get your metal on and light up the world(or at least a corner of the room). Standard 110 volts, push switch on neck.
Recommended 40 watt bulb. It's all about the ambiance.
I also bought the ostrich sticker, which is meant to be used with the table. I'm planning to aply it to a shaped piece of black painted plywood instead of the wall.

Lighting object formally very complex and rich in details that evoke organic vitality.
This is the first time – in the field of lighting design – that the precious technology of laser sintering, typical of rapid prototyping, is applied to serial production. With this technique the basic material – nylon powder – is continually fused and spread through the laser beam layer by layer in 1200 passages, depositing the 3D projected drawing. The resulting complex form is realisable with no other technology.
