I sailed a long time on this kind of ships so i was experimenting with typography and this is the result.
We are full compromised with our real culture, the antique pre colombian design. To reborn the forgotten artistic movements of a killed empire. We developed our Aymara type, designing a contemporanean inca's typography.

Wer in der Gestaltung tätig ist, trifft täglich Entschei-dungen: über Farben, Formen und Ideen, Propor-tionen, Form und Funktio-nalität, über ein Zuviel oder ein Zuwenig. Wir kommuni-zieren, verhandeln, konzi-pieren, kompo-nieren, ver-schie-ben, fixieren, ent-wickeln, ent-werfen, betonen, streichen, reali-sieren – ein einziger verwegener Tanz, ein Ringen um Balance! Und schon vor der konkreten Design-aufgabe geht es darum, ein Gleich-gewicht herzu-stellen: zwischen Kunden und Partnern, in der Planung und Koordi-nation, bezüglich Zeit und Geld, Konzept und Umsetzung, Schnaps und Idee … Im Wirbel des bewegten Berufs-alltags ist es nicht einfach, Balance zu halten!
Die 5. Ausgabe der Tÿpo St. Gallen stellt das Thema Balance in den Mittel-punkt. Was ist das überhaupt, eine gute Balance? Wie ist sie zu erreichen? Einfache Rezepte, starre Regeln oder Binsen-weis-heiten erweisen sich meist als unbrauchbar. Was bewährt sich im Strom all jener Prozesse, die unsere Alltage, Projekte, Ideen und Vorhaben durch-kreuzen? Diese Fragen stellt die Tÿpo St. Gallen ihren Sprecher-innen und Sprechern.
Die Tÿpo St. Gallen versteht sich als Forum für Fach-leute und design-affine Menschen, sucht und fördert den Aus-tausch von Referie-renden und Publikum. Neben Referaten gibt es viel Zeit für Gespräche und ein inspirie-rendes Rahmen-programm. Kommen Sie vom Freitag, 8. bis Sonntag, 10. November 2019 zu uns nach St. Gallen und halten Sie mit uns die Balance.
