I ran into Tyler Hurst at Echo Coffee in Scottsdale on Sunday. We were all asking about his shoes, which he says he wears all the time. Like being barefoot, with a bit of protection. He says there are various styles and sole thicknesses. Also says they help his running stride. Curious.

Tyler 38/100 - I walked around the Livestock Nursery Exhibit at the California State Fair and was amazed to see various large farm animals with their weeks long old offspring. One sow had a large litter and I was struck by just how HUGE that sow was!
I turned the corner and saw a young man in charge of a few pens with Boer goats. I asked which ones were pregnant and he pointed to the two in the middle pens. I walked up to ask him a personal question.
Just the other day, my 6 year old asked me if dogs and cats had twins. Well, I had no idea. They have big litters, so are those animals technically twins? Or is that definition dependant on a single egg splitting?
So, I turned to this man and asked him. After he explained the difference, I thanked him, then told him about 100 Strangers.
Meet Tyler. He is originally from Hawaii. To be more specific, he is from the Island of Oahu. Tyler is in his 2nd year at UC Davis Veterinary school. I asked Tyler why he wanted to be a vet. He said that he grew up around animals and was always interested in being a vet. He said that he is interested in small animals such as dogs and cats. He volunteered for the Livestock Nursery to get some exposure to larger animals.
Tyler says he eventually pictures himself opening up his own veterinary practice, but is unsure whether or not he wants to do that in Hawaii or some other state.
As for favorite band, Tyler likes Manoa DNA. Unfortunately, Tyler couldn't give me a specific song that he likes. I'm gonna check out this band, cause I love good Hawaiian music.
I asked Tyler for his favorite food and he said, "MAN, you ask the hardest questions!" After little thought he told me Kalua Pig with rice and cabbage. Ummm, yeah? If you've been to the islands and had this dish, you know what I mean.
I asked Tyler if he makes his own Kalua Pig and he sheepishly grinned and told me he doesn't know how to cook.
Well, if you are interested, litter born animals, such as pigs, dogs and cats, don't have twins. While animals, such as humans, goats and cows, can have twins.

In 2008, Tyler Wentworth had a change of face. But this year, TDC has delighted us fans of her original face by only issuing models with the classic sculpt. Here is the new face - more angular - in RTW Boutique separates.

OLIVER PEOPLES Aero Aviator Sunglasses. Polished Chrome Frame with Maroon Polarized lens Lens. Lens Size 54mm. D.B.L. 17mm.
What more need me say when picture says all? It is one of the three "Fight Club" Sunglasses. Brad Pitt wore it in the scene when two Tyler meet the first time on the airplane. Tyler Durden was babbling about:
"You know why they put oxygen masks on planes?"
"Oxygen gets you high. In a catastrophic emergency, you're taking giant panicked breaths. Suddenly you become euphoric, docile. You accept your fate. It's all right here. Emergency water landing - 600 miles an hour. Blank faces, calm as Hindu cows."
Most Audience respond the same "That's, um... That's an interesting theory."
Brad Pitt actually own this pair and wear it off screen. Aero54 is usually too big for me, but I bought it for the movie collection. Lens & frame size has to stay true to the movie. Lens was purchased separately and I honestly don't know the name for it. It is not "Cherry Bomb" lens for sure. I asked OP store on Madison Avenue to set it up for me. The end of the day I only know it is polarized and made of glass instead of plastic.
I'm pretty sure that I am not the only one with "Fight Club" request.
