Unlike the main branch of the Bad River that is in a deep gorge, the Tyler Fork is more accessible for close up photography.
After visiting my first cousin at the hospital in Tyler, TX, when the visiting hours for the ETMC CCU were over we went by the famous Tyler Rose Garden in Tyler, TX. Oh wow... great a time of day and the temp was in the 60's and it was heavenly... the beautiful fragrance of the roses was wafting all through the gardens permeating the air... just what I needed after visiting my very special cousin who is in the Critical Care Unit facing major surgery on Tuesday to remove two tumors in his brain. The third tumor on his kidney will not be removed but treated to decrease it. His spirits are good and we had a wonderful visit. Kept my leg elevated in the car to Tyler & back to Houston.

Tyler Spencer is from Johannesburg, South Africa. It's been a couple years since Spencer has been to his home in South Africa and he doesn't plan on going back anytime soon. Spencer does want to travel more once he graduates. Spencer said that one of the places he is looking to go spend some time volunteering in is Haiti.
Tyler Hoffman of Carlsbad, California, runs in the Carlsbad Triathlon in the 20-24 Male division. Hoffman finished 1st in his division and 11th overall out of 743 participants.

This is my nephew Tyler and although he's a cute little boy he sure is one heck of a difficult subject to photograph.
This is one of my favourite images of him and it took a bit of work as he usually cries when I point the camera in his direction! He loves nothing more than playing with his grandad, and after about 15 minutes he became totally unaware of my presence, which allowed me to compose some candids that his mum is proud of.
Tyler bought his Mk4 GTI two years ago. It was an eye sore for sure. It was neglected and in need of a ton of maintenance work. Needless to say after two years of hard work the car has come a long way. Tyler works at a local VW dealer and managed to get the owner to let us shoot his car in the showroom after hours. He cleared out all the cars and pulled his Mk4 into the showroom.

The first winter snowstorm of the year happened a couple days ago. These photos were taken on a casual walk with my mom as the sun set.

The Tyler County Courthouse and Jail in Middlebourne, West Virginia was built in 1854 to replace an 1829 structure. The courthouse was extensively renovated and modified in 1922 to a design by E.C.S. Holmboe and a Mr. Pogue of Clarksburg. The redesign created a Classical Revival composition using the structure of the older building.
Tyler was one of those guys that I love to shoot. Easy, relaxed and natural. Thanks for a great session, Tyler.
