Culture can be viewed as an aggregate of stories that show a pattern, while featuring a wide range of complexity and movement. Cultural narratives can help contextualize and make sense of our own, individual stories while also shaping our habits and ethics.
As B. Fuller says – To change something, build a new model that makes the existing model obsolete – creative practitioners and cultural strategists hold the tools needed to adapt outdated cultural narratives. They can aid sustainable, long-term change by creating new cultural models. Narratives that are thus built around a core of intersectionality and equity and that further both climate and interspecies justice, have the potential to resonate with and empower the people of Planet B.
In this panel discussion, protagonists specializing in AI research, transdisciplinary and critical art, cultural economy, philanthropy and organizational development come together to debate strategic culturing and the tools for building cultural narratives that inspire and inform change.

Princess Georges Ghika (née Anne-Marie Chassaigne),
alias Liane de Pougy,
Sister Anne-Marie of the Penitence,
‘The century’s most beautiful woman’,
‘A Living poem’,
‘La belle horizontale’
(b. 1869 – d. 1950),
Courtesan, Socialite, Spouse of Prince Georges Ghika, Novelist,
Honorary Romanian (by Marriage), Dominican Nun – A Saint, or a Reformed Rake?
By marrying Prince Georges Ghika, liane de pougy became a Romanian aristocrat.
She had so many suitors at the time of "La belle epoque" that she made suicide respectable.
Lord Carnarvorn of Egyptian repute and the Maharajah of Kampurthala, Sir Jagajit Singh, (1872-1949) wanted to marry her.
She is reputed to have told to her confessor;
“Father, I was guilty of all sins, except murder and larceny”.
She was happy to seduce both men and women (Isadora Duncan, Nathalie Barney, Gertrude Stein).
In her widowhood, after she became a nun, her firends doubted her motives and said waspishly: "now she is trying to seduce God!".

Trans*Plant is a transdisciplinary project, initiated by Quimera Rosa in 2016, that utilizes living systems and is based on self-experimentation: it is a process that involves a “human > plant” transition in various formats. The project juxtaposes disciplines such as arts, philosophy, biology, ecology, physics, botanics, medicine, nursing, pharmacology and electronics. Trans*Plant aims to develop a project that involved in the current debates surrounding the Anthropocene from a perspective not based on “human exceptionalness and methodological individualism” (Donna Haraway). Instead, it addresses the world and its inhabitants as the product of “cyborg processes,” of “becoming with” (Vinciane Desprets) and of “sympoiesis” (Haraway).

【My Body is a Temple】以及暢銷音樂家Peter Wagner的表演。

Pavlína Vogelová, curator of the most important museum of the Czech Republic¬: ” Národní Museum” (National Museum), has confirmed her upcoming plan to curate an exhibition in Taiwan in September. As a result of our dedication and efforts on international exchanges in recent years, the VT Artsalon has received attention and recognition from the international art community. As such, VT is truly honored to collaborate with this European first-rate curator in presenting the solo exhibition My Body is a Temple of artistic heavyweight Milena Dopitová and the performance of best-selling musician Peter Wagner.
On this occasion, visual artist Dopitová and musician Wagner will have an unprecedented transdisciplinary cooperation. Curated by Pavlína Vogelová, the artist will present her photographic, installation and video artworks, while the musician will involve his music in the visual images to replace the voice of narration, orchestrating an abstract art symphony composed of the outer part (bodily movements, facial expressions, voices) and the inner part (thoughts and soul) of individuals.
Milena Dopitová is one of the most internationally recognized contemporary artists in Czech. David Ebony’s article in Art in America has commented Dopitová’s works as “thoughtful and affecting!” She has received several prestigious prizes such as Pollock-Krasner, Tranzit and Michal Ranny in New York and Czech. Her has been invited repeatedly to exhibit her works at the Venice Biennale and in England, Ireland, the Netherlands, Czech, Finland, Poland, Slovakia, Brazil, Austria, Sweden, Germany, the United States, France, Italy and Portugal. Her works can be found in the collections of Brooklyn Museum, Carnegie Museum of Art, Prague City Gallery, National Gallery in Prague and Bank Austria Art Collection. Apart from being an artist-creator, Dopitová is an art educator par excellence. She used to teach in the Department of Fine Arts at the University of West Bohemia in Pilsen and at the Academy of Applied Arts in Prague. She currently serves as a department head at the latter institution.
Famous manily for his solo performance, Peter Wagner is also a virtuoso on classical music. He has been invited to numerous major music festivals in Czech, Italy, France, Mexico, Israel and Japan. He has also engaged in a long-term cooperation with BBC. The recordings of his music have appeared on the broadcasts, television shows and nearly 40 CDs. Active in the market, this internationally recognized musical talent releases nearly one album per year on a regular basis.
The exhibition draws its title from the latest video artwork by Milena Dopitová, corresponding to the Christian cultural concept that the human body is the temple where the Holy Spirit dwells and we are obliged to bring glory to God by manifesting our bodies. Treating this time-honored European interpretation of human body as the point of departure, the artist not only questions her self-existence but also explores the relations and gaps between the individuals and the society. Her works draw an analogy between “I” and an independent site for seeking the meaning of the spirit, and meanwhile adopt implied, unfinished stances to open up the meaning of “I” towards countless metaphors and unexplainable incidents.

Renaissance
Installations, performances, conferences, from 2 to 25 June 2022, Le Commun Geneva
Renaissance is an exhibition of audio-visual installations produced in collaboration by the duo of digital artists from the Robert Turner Collective and the electroacoustic jazz music duo INFLUUT. Works of algorithmic abstraction offer a synesthetic immersion, inviting introspection and meditation.
Each day presents an event for which the invited artists, scientists or collectives propose an intervention that resonates with the themes of the exhibition. Performances, conferences, installations, and a festival of nights with sound punctuate the Renaissance complex.
Transdisciplinary in nature, this exhibition aims to provide a sort of demystification of the general notion of the algorithm. She deals in a sometimes didactic, sometimes playful, sometimes organic way with themes that may still be difficult to access with a positive and inclusive attitude.

In the context of the concrete entanglement between bodies, media technologies, and lived environment, or abstract space-time and social realities, how could we address the problem of automated subservience and ubiquitous control in order to recuperate the recognition of the right, or responsibility, to actively engage in the making of our habitat? And how to develop the means to do so?
There are many ways to approach this problem and there is a vast body of work in this domain, across various disciplinary fields. My research is transdisciplinary and combines a theoretical and practice-driven path at the intersections of architecture, sonic practice, sound studies, and the philosophy of technology.

"Disruptivity by Design" is the title of the Ars Electronica Garden in Vorarlberg and Dornbirn hosted by Vorarlberg University of Applied Sciences, AT.
Taking the notion of “disruptive innovation” as a starting point, the Garden Vorarlberg aims to challenge prevailing, techno-economically driven ideas of future development. The increasing evidence that growth-based developmental trajectories are incompatible with the goal of respecting biophysical planetary boundaries, necessitates a planet-centric design approach, which advocates for a more holistic view of innovation. Applying the disruptive design method, current questions regarding leveraging systems change for positive social and environmental outcomes are addressed by exploring visions of community as well as the association between spatial imaginaries and material practices. The focus is on the friction zones and interactions between public and private spaces, between absence and presence, visibility and invisibility, where digital architectures come into view just as much as physical spatial constellations and psychogeographies. Disruptivity is used as both a metaphor and a format of collaborative knowledge production that brings together the perspectives of pioneers of change and the civil society with those of designers and artists in a transdisciplinary, participatory design research process to experiment with alternative models of thinking and intervention with the aim of developing transformative spatial concepts. Oriented towards a transdisciplinary, participatory design research process, this garden consists of a nomadic program combining playful explorations and tracking with workshops hosted by designers and artists, as well as local initiatives and a symposium to discuss and reflect on the approaches, findings, interventions and models developed.
