“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”
― Frank Herbert, Dune
It is difficult to comprehend such a horrendous act.
My thoughts and prayers are with the victims and families.
I commend the law enforcement for their swift actions, to apprehend the suspects. (I took this shot in the morning mist, when the sun made it look like little diamonds)
Have a safe weekend,

" We gather here
We line up weeping in a sunlit room
And if I'm on fire
You'll be made of ashes, too
Even on my worst day
Did I deserve, babe
All the hell you gave me?
'Cause I loved you
I swear I loved you
'Til my dying day
I didn't have it in myself to go with grace
And you're the hero flying around saving face
And if I'm dead to you why are you at the wake?
Cursing my name
Wishing I stayed
Look at how my tears ricochet .. "

Would you know my name
If I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same
If I saw you in heaven?
I must be strong and carry on
'Cause I know I don't belong here in heaven

As there is a grief for which tears will not stop, there is also a grief for which tears will not come.

XOXO ♥
Any
It took me quite a while to get over my stupid mistake from this mornings shoot, as I lost almost all of my images.
It was captured a while ago at one of my favourite locations on Holy Island and is a poignant reminder of that morning.
It was certainly a steep learning curve, no doubt one that has been made by many togs before.
Happy Birthday my dearest Ma, hope you dancing with the Angels today, love you and miss you forever and a day ♥♥
Would you know my name if I saw you in heaven?
Would it be the same if I saw you in heaven?
I must be strong and carry on
‘Cause I know I don't belong
Here in heaven
Would you hold my hand if I saw you in heaven?
Would you help me stand if I saw you in heaven?
I'll find my way through night and day
‘Cause I know I just can't stay
Here in heaven
Time can bring you down, time can bend your knees
Time can break your heart, have you begging please
Begging please
Beyond the door, there's peace, I'm sure
And I know there'll be no more
Tears in heaven
I'm really struggling to find my mojo. Crap pic!!! but | just wanted to post that I'm trying to get out there again.

I am not the only traveler
Who has not repaid his debt
I've been searching for a trail to follow again
Take me back to the night we met
And then I can tell myself
What the hell I'm supposed to do
And then I can tell myself
Not to ride along with you
I had all and then most of you
Some and now none of you
Take me back to the night we met
I don't know what I'm supposed to do
Haunted by the ghost of you
Oh, take me back to the night we met
When the night was full of terrors
And your eyes were filled with tears
When you had not touched me yet
Oh, take me back to the night we met
I had all and then most of you
Some and now none of you
Take me back to the night we met
I don't know what I'm supposed to do
Haunted by the ghost of you
Take me back to the night we met
The Story
All of these lines across my face
Tell you the story of who I am
So many stories of where I've been
And how I got to where I am
But these stories don't mean anything
When you've got no one to tell them to
It's true, I was made for you
I climbed across the mountain tops
Swam all across the ocean blue
I crossed all the lines, and I broke all the rules
But, baby, I broke them all for you
Oh because even when I was flat broke
You made me feel like a million bucks
You do
I was made for you
For you
You see the smile that's on my mouth
It's hiding the words that don't come out
And all of my friends who think that I'm blessed
They don't know my head is a mess
No, they don't know who I really am
And they don't know what
I've been through like you do
And I was made for you
And all of these lines across my face
Tell you the story of who I am
So many stories of where I've been
And how I got to where I am
But these stories don't mean anything
When you've got no one to tell them to
It's true, I was made for you
It's true that I was made for you

Berlin, Sinti-und-Roma-Denkmal

The memorial by the artist Dani Karan in the Tiergarten commemorates the Sinti and Roma who were murdered under National Socialism. On the well edge you can read the poem "Auschwitz" by Santino Spinelli in English, German and Romanes: "Sunken face / extinguished eyes / cold lips / silence / a torn heart / without breath / without words / no tears".
Django Reinhardt: Tears
When you cried I'd wipe away all of your tears,
When you'd scream I'd fight away all of your fears,
And I've held your hand through all of these years,
But you still have all of me...
I will dedicate this picture in memory of David Bowie. I think the title fits well with the feelings around the world...

🎶 ERIC CLAPTON - TEARS IN HEAVEN
Would you know my name?

If I saw you in heaven
Would you help me stand?
If I saw you in heaven
