My husband has a serious sweet tooth—any dessert is his favorite! Today, I needed to use some leftover pumpkin from last week’s Thanksgiving dinner, so I decided to make a Pumpkin Roll. It has a few steps, but none of them are difficult, and oh my goodness, it was delicious! This will definitely become a recurring favorite in our house.

So, in the name of our assignment I visited the "Cupcakes" store and bought a package of minis ;) It also meant I got to eat a package of minis... darn!
Originally I was trying a long exposure and then dropping sprinkles onto the cupcake, but it didn't really turn out. There is something neat about this little side view, with all the sprinkles on the ground around it.
