✨ The Canary Green team joined a Pilates class in Los Gigantes and it was such a memorable experience. We stretched, strengthened, and worked every muscle in a beautiful studio Arkadia that also offers ballet, Pilates, and more. 🌿
The class showed us another way to enjoy movement in a sustainable and mindful way. With the use of props like balls, resistance bands, and blocks, the practice stayed fun, diverse, and engaging. Some sequences, especially the core work, really challenged us, but always in the most rewarding way. 💪♀️
Afterwards, we watched a breathtaking sunset with stunning views of the Los Gigantes cliffs, which made the evening even more special. 🌅 It was a perfect combination of wellness, sustainability, and natural beauty that left us inspired and energized.

Captured this peaceful moment while sitting on a bench at Klinten Strand in Frederikssund after work around 5 PM. The sun was warm and inviting, and I decided to take a selfie with my Nikon D7500, paired with my trusty 11-year-old Nikon AF-S DX 18-55mm f/3.5-5.6G VR lens. It’s rare for me to just sit back and relax in the sun these days, so I took the opportunity to soak it in.
This shot showcases the versatility of the D7500, especially in capturing the rich colors of the golden hour. The 18-55mm lens, despite its age, still delivers sharp and vibrant images. The wide angle of the lens allowed me to capture not just my profile but also the lush greenery and the deep blue sky, framing the moment perfectly.
Frederikssund is a town with a rich history, and Klinten Strand is a beautiful spot to reflect on it. The town itself has deep roots dating back to the Viking Age, and it's a place where the past and present blend seamlessly. Just as the D7500 and the classic 18-55mm lens combine modern technology with a bit of photographic history, this photo is a small testament to the beauty that can be found in blending the old with the new.
