The sunset at the beach was amazing yesterday! We had high tide in the morning and when it dropped back down again, it left a little shallow 'pond' on the surface of the sand, so I grabbed my three-year-old, headed out there, and let her loose.

A stormy sunset on the rockies viewed from on top of the hills at Cochrane Alberta.....a bedroom community to Calgary...
Used a couple of layers to adjust exposure burnout and lack of detail in deep shadows....wanted to avoid the "deep" HDR look but did need a wider range of exposure to try to get the scene as "as I saw it"....and btw...the sun rays are real and not created with a blur filter ;-)
