Went out with my friend Barbara at the weekend on the way back we had to stop to take some pictures the sky was amazing.

Sunset at Washington's Rialto Beach. The soothing and rhythmic song of the waves is so restful and relaxing.

Many think of Olympic National Park for it's impressive rainforests, peaks, rivers and waterfalls, but it's beaches are also most wonderful.

Positioned to watch the Manarola sunset light show as the sun paints the Cinque Terre village with vibrant, warm color before disappearing over the horizon into the Ligurian Sea and leaving the most spectacular blue skies imaginable~! This was an evening well spent and unlikely to be soon forgotten.

Sunset on Kona Coast near tge town of Capitan Cook on the Big island.

This was back in October. There are so many rocks of all shapes and sizes along Oregon beaches, but not very many have trees growing on them. This almost qualifies as a mini island.
