I found the subframe needs to be dropped to replace the transfer case mount. I left the stock one in for now and will replace at a later date.

Light and sturdy enough to hold on the front bumper and the front splitter.

Captured with 16 second subframes using SharpCap for a total exposure of around 9 minutes. Was unable to sight Polaris so used old-school drift method on one star with manual altitude and azimuth adjustments to reduce star trails. Seeing was average, transparency was below average but when you start with Bortle 4 skies and are looking out over the dark ocean, the photography gods are pretty forgiving.
