The coffee from Topsail’s Barge Tearooms comes with a chocolate anchor! These fantastic tearooms are located on board “Resourceful” at Cooks Yard on Hythe Quay, Maldon.
Resourceful was the last Thames barge built 1931. When built at Horlocks Yard in Mistley in 1931, Resourceful joined her sister ships of Reminder, Adieu and Blue Mermaid as a cargo vessel, plying her trade between the Rivers of Essex & Suffolk and the London Docks. In 1933, she was back at the Horlock Yard to be converted to a motor barge and it was then that her unusual counter stern was added. She continued working until 1972 when like many other barges she was sold out of trade and became a houseboat, moored at Chiswick on the Thames. In 2015 her owners felt she needed too much work doing to keep her going into the future, and commissioned a new houseboat to take her place. With no guaranteed mooring, no engine and her berth needed for the new boat, the future looked bleak for Resourceful and being broken up for scrap was high on the Agenda.
Now however she is safely in use as this amazing tearoom, helping to fund Topsail's mission to preserve the Thames sailing barges, and ensure their survival.

Crossdressing might be seeing from different angles, and it might deliver results of various levels - from just wearing a clothes or underwear of opposite gender to a complete transformation. I am more into that direction. Having my 15+ years of experiences I wish to think, that I have made some progress - from unexperienced young crossdresser, who could not even walk in heels, to a mature and attractive woman, who knows her value.
One of the tips I can give - beauty is also about styling, especially after a certain age :) Attention to small details is a key factor for a success. Not all of us are experts in makeup, hair selection and fashion. A good level of consulting can always help!
Love yourselves and use quality products, spoil your feminine desires and don't be afraid of making steps forward. That's what make girls like us to feel happy!
For example, nowadays I use only good quality makeup products, wear naturalhair wigs or use my own hair, and visits beauty salons. That's one of key success factors for an improvement of quality...
