Saturday Challenge - Joiners

This week's challenge is to create an image made from joined images, i.e. stitched multiple images of the same scene.

There's a few reasons to do this:

1. Wanting to create a wider angle image than the lens you have with you: "Stitched Pano"

2. For artistic reasons: "Hockney-ising"

3. For creating super shallow depth of focus: "The Brenizer Method"

Thank you my Uncle (Dougie Boxen) for modeling this. He is also the brilliant mind behind a fun little project and newest magazine called Style Kingdom. I am making my debut as a model in the very first issue of the magazine which should be coming out in November. I just can't wait and neither should you because it's going to be amazing!

class starts Monday, details on my blog!

BNSF train H-NTWDIL1-16A heads west through St. Cloud with a trio of standard cab EMDs.

This was common on the BN (that I've seen), but not so much on the modern BNSF, so this was a must catch.

Lasko decided to go out and see what was on the rails and to his surprise, this showed up. I can't thank him enough for the text on this.

I started my chase in Big Lake, then moved on to Becker, Clear Lake and St. Cloud before calling it a day. This train trailed the local so it kept them at a lower pace, making my chase easier.

Thankfully, my transmission on my car was fixed a couple weeks back so I was able to capitalize.
