It cooled down enough today (cloudy and only 99 degrees) that EHS students Jeramy Herrin, Saul P. Cinco and Diana Contreras did some studying for their Physical Hazards class outside.
been out of Flickr for a long loong time. life's too busy now, life's different, too many things going on at the same time, too many things to think about, legit problems to worry about, piled up papers to read through and the always minimalist bank balances.
if not for those study breaks and the warm comforts of a cheap whiskey... at least its possible to attain those precious moments of complete inhibition when suddenly everything seems alright and as if God descends to put his arms on you saying everything's alright..and that you...are alright
is that comfort of certainty too much to ask for?

For the knitterinae: Pattern is the Solstice Twist sock; colorway is lightweight Socks that Rock in Firebird. Both the pattern and the colorway are exclusive to the Blue Moon Fiber Arts Rockin' Sock Club, but I believe they'll be released to the general public next year. (Check with the Blue Moon ladies, though.) Knit on two size 1 Inox circulars.
