Nevada State College students take advantage of a study break to make buttons in pins in the school’s new student lounge on Thursday, March 2, 2020.

Another shot from my walk last week.

Hopefully the weather is nice over the next few days. I have a few more shots in mind that I would like to take before winter kicks in.

Students took a break from studying to explore vegan food in Chicago on a Center for Chicago Programs ambassador trip. They say the peanut sauce at Urban Vegan is amazing!

The days when I would get in trouble for writing with ballpoint pens.

The days when I would use fountain pens and ink cartridges.

Those were simpler days.

I wish my life could be like that once again.

This was taken towards the end of my walk. At this point, I just sat down in a field and watched the sun set. It was amazing. This is my favorite type of study break, the times where you can just sit back and enjoy the beauty of Mother Nature.

This is the original shot! The only thing I did was add my signature to the photo.

Olivia Ma, a mechanical engineering student, sends the ball back over the net in a game of Nuke ‘Em at the volleyball court in The Grove on the North Campus of the University of Michigan, on Thursday evening, April 21, 2022. Ma was part of a group of College of Engineering students and College of Literature, Science, and the Arts, who decided to play a few rounds before heading back to their dorms to continue studying for exams. Classes ended for the winter term on Tuesday, April 19, and some exams had started that day.
