The Leo Triplet with a 180mm telephoto lens
During Comet Lulin's pass through Leo, I decided to shoot a 30 second exposure of the Leo Triplet to see if it was something I could do with the 180mm telephoto lens or not. The inset is a crop at 100% - the main photo is an uncropped version of the field from the 180mm lens. I don't know, maybe I should try the 300mm lens and see what that gets me.
