Our LED-100s and 200s are a great way to achieve powerful, constant source light in your studio or on location.
These are nasturtiums that I shot on a table top studio set up with multiple lighting. The main light was a monolight in a soft box. I metered the exposure using a hand held meter. Contax Aria, Zeiss 80-200mm F4 lens, Tiffen 81A filter, Tiffen +1 close up lens, Fuji Provia 100F slide film.
My wife's brand new Red KitchenAid mixer (a gift from me for Christmas) and a chance for me to try and do a little product shoot. Controlling reflections and dust on highly reflective surfaces is definitely a challenge and something to work on for sure. Not perfect by any means, but pleased with the results.

Lens: Canon EF 85mm f/1.2L II USM on full frame.
Light: Large clamshell setup with the Elinchrom ELC 1000 through a large beauty dish from the front-top-side, which creates the metallic contrast in her face. Elinchrom ELC 500 with small horizontal strip box from the front-bottom-side, to lower the density of some shadows. Elinchrom ELC 500 through a vertical Elinchrom Livemotiv large strip from the right-back and an Elinchrom ELB400 with action head, dish and grid from the left-back. I measured the light with the Sekonic L-758DR.
Postprocessing: Some local adjustment curves, some local cloning.

Sometimes, you get someone in front of your camera, and its like Christmas morning. They are so natural, and so photogenic that almost every shot they give you is a keeper. And so it was with my session last week with MJ. So many good shots that it was hard to narrow them down the keepers I delivered.

All thx to deckchair for the inspiration on this week's photo studio set; he was the brains behind the concept and compo.

This truly looks like one of my nightmares -- and I am pretty sure I dream in color. An evil doctor with a blood stained mask, stirrups, a straightjacket, screaming...

Just prepping this set-up and testing out an all Skyport triggering combination.
These Elinchrom Universal Receivers are pretty inexpesive as well. Best thing about it is being able to mix and match my speedlites with my Elinchrom stuff.
Since it is strictly a manual system, it works with any camera that uses standard ISO hot shoe.
This photo was shot with my 5DmkIII and the Quadra Rangers (single head, bounced into the ceiling).
