A weekend for youth pastors and their families, which focused on the challenge of equipping students to reach out to their friends, in their community, and beyond their comfort zones.

The colored marshmallows (see yesterday) were a big hit, and the students loved today's math lesson. They graphed the number of marshmallows I gave them, and then took pieces of candy with a partner and graphed those colors, too. That I let them eat it all after surely contributed to their enjoyment.

I always arrive a little early to each of my class. During this particular day, I was enjoying a white chocolate latte, while working on my English paper that was due within a couple of days. As I sat back and looked at the items in front of me, I realized, this is basically the life of a college student!
