I didn't stay here for the whole conference because there weren't enough available rooms set aside for conference participants. But we did stay here for a couple nights, and enjoyed a wonderful view off the balcony. Can you say "Photo Op?"

By the door to the garage. This kind of decay was our biggest obstacle. The plasterboard had been damaged by water and dirt-daubers, a wasp-like insect that converts glue and plaster into nesting material. To cover such craters in the walls, we would use joint compound to build a new, textured surface.

What a bloody mess. A few bites and the thing was collapsing all over the place.
