The spring exhibition in Metropolitan Museum of Art honored the work of the German-born designer Karl Lagerfeld from the 1950s to his final collection in 2019.
The career of Karl Lagerfeld spanned a remarkable sixty-five years, during which he served as the creative director of multiple design houses, including Fendi, Chloé, Chanel, and his eponymous label.
My favorite exhibition of the year which once again proved, Karl Lagerfeld was not only a brilliant fashion designer, but also a multi-talented and creative man.

This isn't the first time this has happened at our work building (see this photo taken from near the biogenesis lab last October), but anyway, we got a memo via e-mail today: "Due to the rain, the 7th floor awning is breaking apart and falling down. Security is going to close off the back portion of the parking lot."

A slight pity about the scaffolding around the site, but it's there because Norfolk Archaeological Trust are conserving the remains, so can't really quibble.
