The Condor, on the corner, was the country's most famous strip club in 1969.

This is Hubby's birthday cake I made last week. The top tier is chocolate mud cake and the bottom tier is lemon cake. The pattern on the bottom tier is of his favourite shirt. This cake had many funny moments during the preparation (they weren't funny at that time!) including finding we were out of lemons while making the lemon cake (I swear I saw one in the fridge when I was going to get groceries!) and waking up at insane hours in cold to finish the cake before the baby wakes up but hitting the edge of her cot while sneaking out and waking her up at the "insane hour"! - and breaking my toe.
