I realized my other picture was a little blurry, so I added one that was more clear :)

Scrappy fabric is a mixture of Soiree and Santorini by Lila Tueller and others. The brown fabric is from Hancock Fabrics. I'm not really sure what it is!

for Tamiko.... hope these are okay. They look a bit boring here but they actually are very pretty in person with all of the linen. Made six because one of the blocks ended up being a bit shy of 8 1/2 x 8 1/2. I'm hoping that once the paper is removed there will be enough play in the block to work but just in case I added a sixth block.

Can’t use this one for the #MacroMondays theme of #string because, although it is plenty small enough to fit inside the MM parameters, it mysteriously meandered off before I could measure it. If perchance it should show up again, I’ll scotch tape it down until I can find the ruler to prove it.

….. (update) Btw, I found the string, some scotch tape, and the ruler!! However…It has taken on a new configuration and rather than trying to coax it into the original, I’ll just treat it like it wants to be now! How enlightened am I!!
