Het is lente en mooi fiets weer. lekker recreatief tochtje naar IJmuiden. uit en thuis ongeveer 32 km. op deze plaats zien we op het strand een groepje ruiters terwijl er een internationale strandzeil werdstrijt gehouden is. we zijn daarvoor net te laat ook is er inteegenstelling tot zaterdag bijna geen wind. wie heel goed kijkt kan misschien het windmolenpark aan de horizon nog net hetkennen in het vage licht

I'm just going to take a quick break here in front of your camera with the waves crashing on the rocks behind me, look off into the distance and pretend this set up and pose was a happy mistake..... Vain puppy!!
One can not help but notice that a lot of Morro Bay Photographers were out this night judging from the postings. I was too.

Het was nog net te koud om in zee te gaan, maar warm genoeg om met z'n allen naar het strand te gaan.
Kijkduin natuurlijk.
Welche Geschichte steckt hinter dieser Rose? Wie ist sie ins Meer gekommen? Wo kommt sie her? Wer hat sie in den Sand gesteckt? Wer hat sie geflückt oder gekauft?
Today we leave the rugged rocks and rascals of Dunloe for the more serene and sophisticated Strand in Rosslare. This fine Lawrence shot of the facilities for the races in Rosslare has been taken from a very high point, and we wondered how he did it.
As usual, the community came through, and there's a firm suggestion that this image (perhaps mirrored L-R from the original), was taken from atop Kelly's hotel at Rosslare. And perhaps dates a little later than the catalogue's 1880-1900 range....
