This witch was back in the shadows of the same storefront as the candy corn guy. The fact that she was off to the side, in the shadows, actually made her a little creepier.

Located at 320 Washington Street in downtown Clyde, this commercial building features Mesker Bros. window caps/hoods above the second-story windows.
Clyde is located in the northeast corner of Cloud County between Concordia and Clifton.
Two shops share 1627 Connecticut Ave NW: Claude Taylor Photography and Coffee & the Works. They just painted the building blue and yellow. Years ago there was a fleur-de-lis design embedded in the sidewalk infront. When the city redid the sidewalks the obliterated the design. Washington, DC.

the Touch of Class Clothing store is now a storefront church on Driver St in northeast central Durham, NC (2009)
2012 update: Alas, the church has vacated this space and the artwork has been painted over. I was looking at old 1930s photos of his neighborhood and was surprised to see that this little storefront used to be an A&P grocery store.
This building is worth noting due to it's hued terra cotta. The awning compliments the storefront and building well.

Naz's family was awesome when it came to driving us places. We got to see a ton of neighborhoods, the old sections of KL, marketplaces, and the general way of life for true Malaysians. Downtown isn't representative of KL as a whole. I was fascinated with the landscape of these areas, the fabric of everyday living.
This particular series of photos took place as we were hunting for kuih, small sweet snacks that usually accompany tea time. We had kuih a lot.

Cafe Gitane, the French-Moroccon bistro on Mott Street in NoLIta was founded in 1994 and is named after a French cigarette. It became well known for its delicious avocado 🥑 toast and is a great place to sit outside and have a bite to eat while people watching. We were really surprised that nobody was sitting outside when we took this night photo as the outdoor tables are usually all full whenever we walk by.
