we made a stop at jalan masjid india
where you could find abundance of stalls; selling "hijab" or "tudung" what we called it in malay
and we both got something for ourself that day :D

Somewhat poignant following the Mumbai terrorist attacks but I'm afraid this photo sums Indian security measures. Most people walk right past the metal detectors here at the entrance to the Pahar Ganj shopping district in Delhi. This guy's expression under the flaccid 'STOP' sign says it all. At least it beeped, which most don't.
