Quizá si tuviese un botón para parar y rebobinar lo habría desgastado hace mucho tiempo. Ese sentimiento de no haber hecho lo correcto, de elegir un mal camino, de haber dicho las palabras equivocadas. La angustia se enreda, se engancha a mi pecho.
Pero otras cosas podrían haber salido peor, otras elecciones podrían haber llevado a más errores. Así que no son errores, son experiencias que poquito a poco te hacen avanzar hacia delante. Aunque el futuro sea incierto. Y, de paso, finito.
3D Cross view- To view, sit back from your monitor 2 feet and place your index finger about 10 inches in front of your eyes and focus on your finger. This will cause your eyes to go comfortably cross eyed. Keep that same cross eyed focus and notice there are now 3 photos in the back ground. Do not let your eyes leave the cross eye as you look at the middle picture which has appeared. Now increase or decrease how much your eyes are cross eyed until the image pops into 3D. Your eyes will want to leave the cross eye, but fight that urge. This is an acquired skill and takes practice. Stop if it's uncomfortable.
Taking advantage of the breeze.
Chicago was the only US stop on the Alpari World Tour Match Cup Race. Australia, Italy, Great Britain, Sweden and the US are the 5 nations represented in the race. Made a last minute decision to go and see the race on Thursday, very impressive the way they handle their boats, glad I went.
On my second day in Herefordshire, I decided to visit three churches all of which are included in Simon Jenkins’ England’s Thousand Best Churches. The three churches were All Saints at Brockhampton-by- Ross, St Catherine at Hoarwithy and St Bartholomew at Much Marcle. The last of these being a re-visit to get some better pictures of the collection of Kempe stained glass in the church.
My first stop was at the church of All Saints at Brockhampton-by-Ross which was designed in 1901 by W. R. Lethaby for Alice Foster, who had been given the Brockhampton estate on her marriage, as a memorial to her parents Ebenezer and Julia Jordan of Boston, Massachusetts. Pevsner describes the church as ‘one of the most convincing and impressive churches of its date in any country’. The church is much visited and has even been copied in Japan for a wedding centre. For me the experience of this interesting church was somewhat spoiled by the number of signs warning that this or that was alarmed. I understand the need to protect this building and its fittings, but the number of warning signs in the church gave me the feeling that I was in a museum rather than a place of worship.

I haven't used my Canon EOS in awhile since I keep forgetting to get new batteries, so last weekend I decided to make the trip to Hidalgo and change the batts. This is from the test roll taken at Mall of Asia while we had an early dinner at one of our favorite spots, Cafe Mediterranean

Hillary Rodham Clinton rally at the regional fairgrounds in Robstown, Texas. This is just outside of Corpus Christi. I don't have any numbers yet, but I'd estimate there were at least 9,000 people there, probably many more.
This is a quick dump, to allow people to see the photos (or themselves) - I will organize them into appropriate sets and cull the bad ones out later.

...even i disregarded HIS message, HE really made a way for me NOT to GO.
I don't know why?what HIS plans are? what will happen to me if i went all the way?but i believe, HE SAVED me, from whatever it maybe

Just stumbled upon this shot from the stop the war march in London, 2003. No doubt I've got loads more on slide film somewhere....
Stopped @ f/11 or f/16. Don't remember exactly but I knew the number was high and the shutter was slow.

A rather crude sign informing passengers that this bus stop was closed. This was due to a hole in the road further up the road which had necessitated the diversion of all bus services that served this stop.

Team Huizar may have been too accommodating when he appeased local business owners by getting the bus stop removed from this corner at York and 50 after being here for the past sixty years since the streetcar terminus was removed from the same corner. (Long story short, I missed the bus as it passed here and had a long but interesting walk home.)
