AAW: Still Life
I wanted to play around with some of the yellows I have around the house. Used natural sunlight for light. Cropped a bit and added a color layer.
Still slowly working my way through a hard drive full of images from my recent trip to snowy Sweden!

Almost no water in the creek and the fall. No serious rain for months. Pardon the branches, I don't photoshop and they are there in real life. To get the shot I from the angle I wanted, they had to be included.
Still standing - The old packhorse bridge at Carrbridge, still standing since 1717.
It is the oldest stone bridge in the Highlands, built during 1717 as previousy there was no place to cross the River Dulnain when it was in spate, much to the inconvenience of the locals at that time. It was severely damaged in the 'muckle spate' flood of 1829, leaving it in the state we see today.
Many thanks to williamrandle who provided me with the inspiration to visit this location following his own visit earlier this year.

nothing beats nature as still subjects. the pose so naturally, no coaxing needed!!! look how love this orchid manages to present itself, in natural light, no processing done.

Still between Touabaa - Matmata but a little further East the railway crosses a long bridge with a dried up lake in the background. With the hire car, the little Kia that could parked below we waited for the train. Interestingly a group walked across the bridge as we started to hear horns in the distance and thankfully just made it across before it came round the bend, clearly the locals know how to judge it!
