Our friends at Prestige Pressure Washing Dayton brought us this sweet Silverado, stating that the trailer lights don’t work. Since they pull a trailer every day, this was a big problem! After some careful troubleshooting, we found this severely corroded connector. We eliminated the damaged plug and installed a new 7-way trailer connector in the stock location. And, of course, we sealed the back side of the connector so that this won’t happen again!

Do you believe in monsters? Some would call this turbocharged 560+ hp sedan all-wheel-drive Audi RS7 sedan a monster, but we think that it might be the perfect combination of luxury, utility, and performance! Big iron, big sound, big fun! Back in 2009, we put our custom fabrication skills to work, on this 1975 Chevy Caprice Classic convertible! First, we installed custom-built Plexiglas enclosures with mirrors, in the trunk, for two Diamond Audio D6 subwoofers and the amps. Then we fabricated custom build-outs, in the doors, to house two speakers and "Caprice Classic" logo panels with back lighting. And we installed a pair of Diamond Audio component speaker sets, with mids, in the doors, and tweeters, in the dash. This thing really rocked, and the owner had a blast cruising around town in his awesome party mobile!

They fabricated this incredible custom subwoofer enclosure, for this 2002 Cadillac Escalade EXT, that fits behind the rear seat and is loaded with four JL Audio 12-inch subwoofers. They also installed a Kenwood eXcelon receiver, two pairs of Focal speakers, and an AudioControl Epicenter 1200 amplifier. Almost two decades ago, this super-clean Mercury Grand Marquis set the standard for luxury and convenience, and now it's ready to rock thanks to the new Alpine stereo system that was recently installed by the team at our West Carrollton store! This killer system is comprised of an Alpine iLX-107 digital media receiver with wireless Apple CarPlay, an Alpine rearview camera, two sets of Alpine coaxial speakers, a pair of Alpine subwoofers, and an Alpine 5-channel amplifier.

Do you have a “dream car”? Our boss, Zack, had always dreamed of owning a 10th Anniversary Mazda RX-7. And though it took a long time to find one, when given the chance to buy one of only 1500 ever made, he jumped on it. And while the car is awesome and was definitely worth the wait, the audio system sounded like it was from 1988 (because it was), so Zack has been busy making some upgrades! He wanted to maintain the original appearance, while achieving a modern audiophile sound, so fortunately the JL Audio TW3 Power Wedge and a pair of JL Audio MX Series 500-watt amplifiers fit perfectly in the spare tire well! So today, we’re flashing back to 2008, when we upgraded the audio system, in this 1975 Hurst Oldsmobile, with a custom built sub enclosure with a pair of 12-inch Diamond subwoofers, 2000 watt Fusion amplifier (to power the subs), Kenwood speakers (in custom front kick panels), four 6x9 coax speakers (in the rear deck), and a JL Audio amplifier (to drive the speakers)! It was a fun project that helped to make this big Olds into one fun cruising machine! When the plastic overhead storage compartment, in this Nissan Titan truck, became brittle and cracked, the owner discovered that the cost to replace it with new factory parts was surprisingly expensive. Thinking outside the box, he considered alternative solutions and decided to replace it with a new flip-down DVD player. So he got in touch with the team at our West Carrollton store, where Vinnie fabricated a custom mounting solution and installed an Audiovox overhead mobile video system. Now, not only is there no more broken plastic, but the backseat passengers will be entertained for hours!
