D stayed home today. We had a crazy-ish weekend then a long day yesterday, so I needed an extra day with him here for my mental health. I made sure to take full advantage of it too. Lately R is not interested at all in eating in his high chair (he wiggles right out of the seatbelt thing and tries to climb out of it onto the table) so I haven't had that time to be able to do dishes/laundry. I can get little bits done during the day, but if R is not on my back, I have to keep checking to make sure he's not up to anything too precarious. The good thing is that he still likes to be on my back, so we've been doing more of that again lately.
We have a row of "burning bushes" in our yard, and I don't like that they need to be maintained, but I do love their colors in the Fall, so I plan to keep them around.

We stayed home and went to bed at 9:00 after watching some of the kids' favorite cartoons, to ring in the New Years.
In the morning, more like at noon, we headed over to my parent's house to bow (Jol) to my parent's and grandmother and enjoy a meal of Ttok-kuk soup. It is definitely one of my favorite parts of the holiday. Overall, we had a relaxing day, although me and the hubby caught the stomach flu that the eldest kid had the past few days. So that part was not so enjoyable.
Stayed home sick again today. But by the evening I felt much better. I felt so much better that I decided to craft. I made a hot water bottle cozy to practice my free motion quilting. Not bad, huh?

Stayed home and worked on photos, studied for my midterm tomorrow, and pick photos for a big show coming up. Not much was done today, it was more of me being productive and not slacking off. Picked up Mindy after work and stopped by and picked up my 4x6 photos. I have been meaning to print my work for a while, but never got the chance to do it. Laid out my prints and started to decide which photo is stronger than others. Planning on printing more as the days go by.
