today I stayed home for two reasons. One because I always stay home on wednesday mornings to edit and upload all the makeout photos. Two because I am still sick because of my tonsils. which is why I will stay home all day until I go and pick my Dad up around 5. during the times I could take breaks while editing I watched a new show called The Event. I watched the first two episodes both an hour long and man do I love this show already!

I also watched the second episode of Fringe. the first season haha I love this show too but I still haven't made time to catch up on it. Racheal came over after I was back from getting my Dad and we all watched survivor then Racheal went home around eight thirty and then I did what I did all day which was sit around and be sick lol really my throat just hurts super bad because of how swollen my tonsils are. my photo is of one of the only things I can drink that doesn't hurt as bad as the rest. after that Kaleb and I watched a new futurama and I went to bed watching Memento which is an amazing movie I will have to finish soon!

Stayed home Monday night, did laundry, watched Superman Returns, ran around naked.

Stay home and watch TV to reduce your risk of flu. This is what the residents of Mexico City did during the 2009 swine flu outbreak, and researchers found it was effective.

today when i got home from work i found out that pls had a show and i really didnt feel like going and since it was a late show i decided to stay home.

before i decided that though i hurried to take my photo

i just had Kaleb get on the tramp and jump around lol it looks good enough so i decided to go ahead and use it for my photo of the day :)

after that we watched the survivor and later that night Kaleb and I started shooting a new video. we finished most of it but the ending. we needed to shoot it outside so we were going to wait until tomorrow after i got off work

ok, so it's not my most attractive angle, but I thought this pic was really interesting nonetheless...maybe because i've never seen myself from this angle before?

I stayed home from my brother's hockey tournament this weeked & went to Gianna's instead. I finally met Matt & Afshan tonight! Dang I feel short. I think this is a gathering of Gianna's 3 favorite peeps. :)

First thoughts were stay home all day and rest as the cold is still laying me low. However, checking Facebook showed a lot of things happening in town.

For the first time a cruise ship from Stockholm had sailed in and docked in Härnösand and the town was full of visitors from the ship, and locals who had come to see the ship.

So Jan drove us into town and we checked out the town, the ship, the art gallery, and the (outdoor) county museum.

I moved pretty slowly and my brain seemed to be slightly out of touch with reality but it was good to be out in the world.

Today’s Blip is a detail from a Carina Marklund textile work on show in the art gallery. It seems to be a mixture of printing and embroidery and I really liked this work.

The previous picture shows the whole piece.

Stayed home whole day basically taking care of the kids. Had another workout at home today felt really really good. Starting listening to more music and same time solving problems between me and kea cause we had little arguments. Got ready and Britney Rachel and Mariz came through. Left and kicked it at trynidads. Played pool with gabby and kicked it with everyone while they're in jacuzzi. Spent time with kea then dropped her off home then went back. Got ready a just went home and eat.

STAY HOME.

Staying@Home 2020 Yard - Had several of these small iridescent pollinators on these particular blooms. Images of everyday surroundings.

Stayed home from work today due to the snowstorm. I wa good though and spent time going through papers for tax time..... ugh!

Of course I had to take a break and play with the boys in the snow, too! We had a blast playing catch, keep away and tug of war. Hard to believe Josh is now 10 and Ralph is 9.

It's nice to have a fenced in area of the yard now so the boys can play and run as much as they want and we don't have to worry about them.

Sweatshirt, Mossimo. Pants, Ecko Red (patched by me). Clogs, Sloggers. Hat, bet you can’t guess. Garden gloves, Kroger.

I stayed home today to work on the yard. But first, I walked four miles home from Target because I missed the bus. In my pajamas. Because I didn’t plan to miss the bus and they didn’t look too pajama-y. Still, I upgraded my outfit for the yard work. In fact, I just ironed these patches on the knees this morning. Hot, huh?

Today Amber had to stay home because of the snow and so I met Tony at Southease and we walked up onto the downs and then almost to Bo peep and down to South Heighton onto the river and back to the car. The snow was amazing and up to 6 inches deep in places. Its not often that you can see snow in the south and also be able to drive to it. So today was a rare occasion well all things aligned. We had a really great time with lots to see and make images off from landscapes to a Kingfisher a Fox and the Red Kite.

Stayed home today and did some book work so this was my view for today.

Help and Stay Home – The two works Help and Stay Home were inspired by a coworker whom I love dearly, and her being on the front lines of patient care throughout the Pandemic. If I had to put a fine point on it, my art and views have changed from a somewhat self-centered view to a more empathic viewpoint through all this, globally we are all dealing with such unprecedented UNKOWNS. Becoming aware of the struggles that people around me are dealing with has helped me in my own struggles to feel less alone.

Stayed home for New Year's Eve. Had Lobster Bisque dinner. Well, DS & danny m did. I'm allergic to shellfish. So I had Korean crispy orange chicken instead. We played "I Should Have Known That!," a simple trivia game that I got as a present for the holidays. It was fun! DS won the game.

Happy New Year!

First day of K! Summer is officially over.

ROMA ARCHEOLOGIA e RESTAURO ARCHITETTURA: Italia - Restiamo a casa! Message Received: Italians Are Staying Home. The New York Times (10 March 2020). Fotos: The Times London (February 16 2020).

1). ROME — Italy got the message.

On the first day of Europe’s first nationwide restriction on movement and public gatherings to stem the rampant spread of the coronavirus, Italians steered clear of their streets, shops, churches and soccer fields.

They obeyed the government’s “I Stay Home” decree, announced on Monday night by Prime Minister Giuseppe Conte with a plea for common sacrifice to safeguard the country’s elderly population and to save the health system from collapse.

But even as Italians stayed inside, officials in the country’s north, the front line of the outbreak, pleaded for still stronger measures that would essentially shut down all commercial activity and public transportation in an effort to suffocate the contagion.

2). ROME - Raphael tapestries take their rightful place in Sistine Chapel - Five centuries of art history are reflected in a special exhibition in the Vatican this week, writes Tom Kington. The Times London (February 16 2020).

Perched atop scaffolding in the Sistine Chapel, workmen in hard hats today hung a massive tapestry not seen in centuries, then paused to admire their handiwork.

“It’s too low, it needs to come up a bit. Can we adjust the Velcro?” said Alessandra Rodolfo, a curator at the Vatican museum, watching from the floor.

History was being made in the chapel as the team hung ten, 6m by 5m tapestries by the Renaissance genius Raphael along the walls; the first time all have graced the chapel since the 16th century. The tapestries were commissioned in 1515 by Pope Leo X
