isolation at home for some is an arduous nightmare.
But for me it's not that bad; basically I am a lazy person by nature. So having a good reason to stay at home , watch films, read books, learn about gardening and repairing pressure washers. yes this morning I decided to pressure wash the driveway, 30 seconds into the job the pressure washer made an odd noise and was enveloped in a cloud of smoke.
So now I have the pressure washer in bits on the workbench and the challenge is to fix it without going out to get any parts.
This is going to test my ingenuity.

Staying home and not working is hard if you're lacking creativity in your life. Once again, it was a great opportunity to pick up the camera and that crystal ball for some creative shots.

I was going to go away this weekend, but I'm having some personal issues, so decided to stay home this weekend. I did want to get outside however, so I walked arou8nd my neighborhood of Twinbrook today.
In the morning of 25 October 2020, it was a windchill of -29C just south of Calgary, where I had planned to go. Plan changed - stay home instead. However, by early afternoon, it had warmed up quite a bit, so I just had time to dash southwards to visit the Saskatoon Farm before they closed the restaurant for the day. Once fed, I wandered round the grounds to take a handful of photos. I also made a quick stop at a couple of old barns that I like, just to photograph them with snow on the ground.
