Ofcourse we can find the golden style statue of Fortuna at a casino.
I've used a dodge and burn tool to upgrade the contrasts of the statue against the dark building also to give it a more silver style.
The ancient temple of Athena was a temple dedicated to the godess Athena Polis on the Akropolis in Athens.
It was the most important temple in Athens untill its function after its destruction by the Persians in the 5th century BC, was taken over by the Parthenon and the Erechteion.
Now only remnants of the podium and the Caryatids of this temple remains.
The Caryatids are pilasters in the shape of a female statue..
Obviously three of them have an advantage but I think Kaiser was doing a fantastic job seeing it was the first time he had ever played Statues. Can you spot Milu? I missed her totally when I took the photo - lol
This is exactly the kind of thing I pictured in my head visiting temples in Egypt. This statue is believed to be King Tutankhamun, located in Karnak Temple.
Statue of Duke Paoa Kahanamoku
He won 3 gold, 2 silver, and 1 bronze medal as a swimmer in 4 Olympic Games between 1912 and 1932. He was also known as the "Father of International Surfing."
This is a statue at the Toledo Zoo, it is just beautiful. One of the largest and best done I have seen.
I start back to work tomorrow (Sunday) so won't be on too much over the next couple of days but will attempt to keep up in my early morning and late night quick comments sessions.
Thank you all for you visits and comments. They are appreciated.
For the Ohio Zoo's group, I understand it is not an official animal but posted as I thought people may want to see it. If you would like taken out please let me know.
So you have seen one part of my garden. This is another section and we have this enormous fish statue (Marlin) near the entrance to our house. It's not mine, we are just the custodians of it and I am not sure for how long. The owner and a friend lives in Hong Kong. It raises a lot of interest when people visit us (not at the moment though) some like it and others are not sure.
