The new Phoenix is truly a remarkable warplane.
Protected by thick universal armor and unrivaled ruggedness (just think P-47 Thunderbolt).
She heavily armed with four 20mm machine guns and another four 20mm cannons, all of which have plenty of ammunition, makes the Phoenix a lethal fighter plane capable of pumping huge amounts of lead into its targets.
And upon the redesigning of its engine, and the addition of the paddle turbo-prop contra-rotating propellors, the new engine set very surprising top speeds of 789 km/h and with a service ceiling of 42,000 feet makes it a considerable interceptor.
While performing at its service ceiling, it can be used as an effective high-altitude interceptor, while at lower altitudes it can outspeed, out climb, out turn and generally out perform virtually another other type of single engine piston aircraft.
But as the High Command was celebrating their success, the engineers informed them that the new plane had a range of 1,932 km, and will only be useful as an interceptor rather than a bomber escort. The problem was solved, however, by adding attachments to allow rockets and more importantly, fuel tanks. Even so, the Phoenix does not possess the range of the other Artanican warplanes. And after its slight climbing weakness was discovered, it was quickly rectified. It now has the ability to climb at a considerable rate.
And for those of you that are wondering: these are not original stats. They are exact copies of the real XP-72 prototypes.

Just finished my dreaded advanced statistics exam. It felt manageable as I could even walk out ahead of time. Got myself a donut as reward.
Well, I happened to notice my statistics today indicated I have passed the 9 million view mark - which means - I have added 3 million views in the last year.
I honestly think that 99% of them are due to an inflated method by which Flickr counts views.
However, for those of you who are honest viewers, I appreciate your enjoyment and hope to continue bringing a smile or wince your way in the years to come...

Ferguson Arthur Jenkins
Nickname: Fergie, Fly
Born: December 13, 1942 in Chatham, Ontario
He was a MLB pitcher for the Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago Cubs, Texas Rangers, and Boston Red Sox, from 1965 through 1983. He also played basketball in the off-season for the Harlem Globetrotters from 1967 to 1969, and pitched two seasons in Canada for the minor league London Majors following his major league career.
Jenkins played mostly for the Cubs. He was a National League and Cubs All-Star for three seasons, and in 1971, he was the first Canadian and Cubs pitcher to win a Cy Young Award. He was a 20-game winner for seven seasons, including six consecutive seasons for the Cubs.
Jenkins was inducted into the Canadian Baseball Hall of Fame in 1987, and in 1991, became the first Canadian ever elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame in Cooperstown, New York.
On December 17, 1979, he was made a Member of the Order of Canada for being "Canada's best-known major-league baseball player".

There are various tests which can be used for doing Dissertation Statistics. These tests, like T test, z test, chi square test, ANOVAs/ Manova, linear regression and correlation must be chosen and applied with caution. All these tests can be used differently and have varying results, depending upon the nature of research and the data collected.
Chester-le-Street players - minus a straggler - have a brainstorming session at Parklands after a drinks break during a six wicket Premier Division victory over North East Premier League rivals and hosts Castle Eden.
The second-placed visitors' points haul from the game left them 48 behind runaway leaders South Northumberland. Castle Eden, 2022 Division One champions, are new to the league's top-flight for the 2023 season.
Castle Eden started the match in ninth, two places and 38 points above the relegation zone, the bottom two. After one or two scares, Chester-le-Street, second, won comfortably.
Put in on a pitch offering variable bounce, after showers the previous evening and overnight, Castle Eden slipped to 81-5, at one stage losing three wickets for the addition of a single run. Given that poor start, the hosts did very well to post a score in excess of 200. Captain Jonathan Malkin (40 off 106 balls), Nicholas Sampson-Barnes (35 off 47), Philip Wimpenny (26 off 36) and Jonathon Brown (25 not out off 33) were their leading run-makers. Liam Simpson finished with 4-35 from 11 overs, Amaan Ulhaq 2-35 from seven and Quentin Hughes 2-39 from 15.
Chester-le-Street's reply got off to an unpromising start. They lost Jon Coxon (0), caught, to the fourth ball and were soon 36-2. But opener and wicketkeeper Jacob McCann (62 not out off 120) and Andrew Smith (45 off 51) added 64 for the third wicket. McCann and all-rounder Hughes (49 off 76) then put on 98 for the fourth. Pacer Bilawal Iqbal (2-53 off 15) took those early wickets but he and his team-mates were unable to maintain the momentum.

José Fernando González Quinones (b: June 19, 1950 in Utuado, Puerto Rico) is a retired MLB infielder.
He split the 1973 season between the Pirates and triple A Charleston Charlies, batting .224 with five runs batted in at the major league level and hitting his first major league home run on May 27 off the Houston Astros' Dave Roberts. After the season, he and pitcher Nelson Briles were traded to the Kansas City Royals for Kurt Bevacqua, Ed Kirkpatrick and minor leaguer Winston Cole.
His final season in the majors was arguably his best. Though he batted just .217 in 1979, he more than doubled his career home run total with nine, and had a career high 34 RBIs. Regardless, the Padres acquired former All-Star second baseman Dave Cash from the Montreal Expos during the off-season, and released González.

Marshall Rickey Holifield (sometimes misspelled Holyfield) (b. March 25, 1970 in the Bronx, New York) is a retired Minor league baseball player. Holyfield is a graduate of Ganesha High School in Pomona, California.
Selected by Toronto Blue Jays in 21st Round of the 1988 amateur entry draft. He played with Toronto's minor league system from 1988 to 1994. In 1994, he was traded to the Philadelphia Phillies organization and played in their minor league system until 1995. In 1996 he was traded along with Larry Wimberly (pitcher) to the Boston Red Sox. In 1997 he played in the minor leagues for the Pittsburgh Pirates, and in 1998 for the Atlanta Braves. After playing for the Richmond Braves in 1998, Holyfield retired from professional baseball.
In December 2007, Holyfield's name was released in Kirk Radomski's unsealed affidavit as an alleged user of performance enhancing drugs. Holifield was one of only four baseball players listed in the affidavit that was not referenced in the Mitchell Report, the others were Sid Fernandez, Pete Rose, Jr. and Ryan Schurman.
