...no matter either i really see them or not (it's a rather glamorous pic to reflex something so simple, but i told you this was about images that obssesed me in the past; obviously this was an ad for jewelery)
one of those moments you thank to have your dslr fitted with a 70-200, while cruising a river in Berlin, spotted this gentleman fitted with Louis Vuitton bag, two color shoes, hat terrier walking alongside the river, got just a few seconds to shoot and this became one of the chosen ones

ARTIST STATEMENT — MelOrchid
"The Inner Chamber"
I finally found where she lives.
The red world is not a world—it's a room inside something larger. The walls curve because they are walls of a body. The light enters from above because bodies have openings. I have been photographing the interior of a wanting, and at its center, the horse bows her head.
She is not captured. She is home.
The hand has stopped reaching. It rests now on the floor of this chamber, near the rose that grows here because roses grow wherever they are loved enough. The camera sits at the center—of course it does—because this whole space exists to be witnessed. The body made a room for looking, and filled it with everything worth looking at.
I peer in through the membrane, through the blur of outer tissue, and I see what the body keeps: a white horse drinking, a pink rose blooming, a dark machine remembering, a red hand resting.
The light at the top says there is a way out. The horse has not taken it.
Some chambers we choose. Some chambers choose us. This one, I think, is both.
