A picture is worth a thousand words. This statement is 100% true and I think wedding photos are more than that. It expresses love, promise and joy. The choice of the wedding photographer is the most important wedding related decision you will make, and is not to be taken lightly. it’s not all about money, it’s about style.
I apologize for the awful photos. I'd have better ones, but husband just got home and we are both wore out...so I snapped some myself...and what you see is what you get.

The IAEA Event: Net Zero Needs Nuclear Power will highlight the crucial role of nuclear power as part of the energy mix. The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) Mr Rafael Mariano Grossi will announce the ‘IAEA Statement on Nuclear Power’ supported by 40 countries, both those already operating nuclear power plants and newcomers. Together these countries acknowledge that all available low-carbon technologies, including nuclear power, should be recognized, and actively supported. The Statement underlines the benefits of nuclear power, including that nuclear power plants produce no harmful greenhouse gas emissions; that nuclear energy contributes to energy security and the stability of power grids; and that it mitigates air pollution at a local level.

I have long been fascinated with Art. Whether it involved adorning the inside of my garden shed with crayons when I was five or experimenting with different styles of drawing and painting, I was always inspired to create. This passion continued to grow with my GCSE Art course leading me to appreciate that a future within the Art world was the only option for me. Having enjoyed Art A-Level, I am now preparing for the next step with a foundation course to further my knowledge and understanding of the subject, through Art foundation.
A-level Art has not only allowed me to advance my general drawing and painting skills, but also has given me the opportunity to experiment with a wide range of media including clay and photography. I am drawn to Fine Art and have found myself being inspired by the more traditional styles such as Lisa Milroy’s paintings and William Kentridge’s sketches and also by the more abstract paintings of Francis Bacon. In my spare time I enjoy visiting art galleries both here and abroad.
My hobbies include self-taught guitar and I regularly attend tennis coaching. I am also a keen swimmer and am currently applying to train as a lifeguard. In school, I am a member of Senior Choir and have co-run Junior Art Club, where I encouraged the younger students. I have also taken part in the Young Enterprise Scheme, as Marketing Director of a company.
For my work experience, I visited a Graphic Design Studio and did photography for their website and designed a range of logos for a client. This allowed me to see the impact images can have on consumers.
I have just begun to develop my own style in Art and would love to have the opportunity to refine this further and broaden my knowledge through the completion of your foundation course.
From my nighttime expedition to the Turk St. hoard for long exposure images (for my fellow amateur photographers who like cars, I've discovered that the best images are nighttime ones with timed exposures--try it). Since my first trip here two weeks ago, I've learned that the owner is a gentleman called Nick who evidently works as a cab driver, and who owns at least 15 cars. One of these days I hope to meet him. I went out of my way to be conspicuous while shooting these, but no one came to the window.
As to what we have here, in the foreground is the beautiful 58 Buick Century, now parked on the street with its 'Deluxe Fashionaire' grill visible for all to see (even though this is one of my dream cars, I wouldn't want the job of having to keep all of those little squares polished), and in the background, along with appropriate period architecture, a fellow 1958 GM offering: the Oldsmobile 88.

Bob Dylan once wrote that money doesnt talk, it swears. Linking investments and human rights abuses should get attention. What was matilda.....?
Matilda as a whole never got around to writing a statement of its vision for the project. But the gig space collective has one we would like to share with you!
We see Matilda as a place in the heart of the city where art, music and activism collide. It is a base where grassroots projects and campaigns can flourish. It is us taking action to reclaim space in the city where people can come together and make stuff happen out of a desire for alternatives and change, rather than profit.
The space is run on the [anarchist derived] principles of self-organisation, mutual aid and co-operation. There is no hierarchy, no management committee, it is run by the people who use and contribute to the space – for us, by us!......yeah!

I received the slides from 11 films I took during June 2012 while in Arlington, Massachusetts where my daughter, Maria and I had a gallery show of 76 of my matted and framed photographs and 29 of her art work from June 3-30, 2012. I have scanned 24 or so of them so far and have started editing them as well. This photograph was taken on June 5th of our artists' statements that were hung on the wall by the front table we sat at during the show. You can see the faint reflection on the glass of the statements of some of the photographs that were hung near them. My statement I just had to update and reprint while Maria's, since she has never previously shown any of her art work, we had to write, which we managed to do between us. Mine is on top and Maria's under it. I used my photo of Still Another Perspective on mine and two of hers, Color My World and Red as examples of our work.
