The skill training programme for domestic workers delivered high-quality benchmarked training using the National Work Competence Standard (SKKNI) for Domestic Work which was developed based on the SKKNI of the Government of Indonesia for Individual Service Serving Household adopted in 2015.
The skill training programme was part of the ILO’s efforts to improve domestic workers’ job quality and standards through its Promoting Decent Work for Domestic Workers (PROMOTE) Project. Funded by the United States Department of Labour (USDOL), PROMOTE Project aims at promoting decent work for domestic workers and reducing child domestic workers significantly.

Standard Oil employees enjoyed a Christmas dinner in honor of Alonzo Carter who recently retired and turned the operation over to Oscar Hornsby. A nice picture of a Standard, but I don't know which model. It carries a Dorset registration number dating from c1939

BR Standard Class 4MT 4-6-0 75078 at Oxenhope station, running round the stock of the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway's 11.30 service to Keighley. @11.18
75078, part of a batch of BR Standard Class 4MTs supplied to the Southern Region of British Railways, was outshopped from Swindon Works early in 1956. She was allocated to sheds at Exmouth Junction then Basingstoke and finally Eastleigh. The locomotive was withdrawn from Eastleigh in July 1966 and sold for scrap to the Woodham Brothers, of Barry (Vale of Glamorgan). 75078 was purchased in 1972 by the Standard Four Locomotive Society. She has been at the Keighley & Worth Valley Railway since June, 1972. Her restoration was finished five years later.

A role player acting as an active shooter searches for victims during an active-shooter drill at Evans Branch Medical Clinic April 22 aboard Camp Foster, Okinawa, Japan. The drill began when a subject entered Evans Branch Medical Clinic and simulated firing rounds while all personnel inside the clinic took action and executed the standard operating procedures for an active shooter. The training exercise allows participating personnel to find their weaknesses, so they are better prepared in case of a real shooter.
