As I was taking pictures of our tulips recently, I struggled with finding an interesting background. Hence, I've tried other compositions like this one, where I like the softness of the petals which is a result of focusing onto the stamina. I hope you like it and I wish everyone a great Sunday!
Bald Cypress trees can live to be over 600 years old.
The Atchafalaya Basin in South Louisiana contains a multitude of these who've weathered & withstood countless and treacherous hurricanes over the years......
The fact that this gnarly old Bald Cypress still stands bare, all alone, and without protection surely reveals its tenacity, stamina & endurance......
No doubt it’s seen many, many moons pass over…..like the waning crescent in the background. Hopefully it’ll see decades more…..

This shot really did tax my stamina. I had to slog my way all of about 400m from the front door of the hotel weighed down by a hearty breakfast to grab this shot. Just a case of picking some foreground and positioning the trees then waiting. Initially the Buckle was in solid shade but then the sun rose enough to start blasting through some gaps and travel across the landscape. I took a number of shots but picked this one for the position of the light and the clear peak.

Actually it lasted a long time. These two were hooked together in one of our Tomatillo plants for quite a while. I was impressed by the stamina of the smaller male. The next day the larger female was still there looking contented and a little fatter than the day before while the male was nowhere to be found. Hmmm

* When asleep Greg manifests an Avatar he plays as on a game. This avatar has: Super Strength, Durability, Regenerative abilities, can breathe underwater and on land, no need for sustenance, infinite stamina, immunity to pain and enhanced senses.
* The Avatar randomly spawns in different places throughout the city.
* When the Avatar '"dies" it dissipates and Greg wakes up with no recollection of what he "dreamed" about, unaware of his abilities.
Weapons:
* Armour that is always equipped when the avatar spawns as well as a battle axe. Sometimes the loadout changes depending on if Greg has changed his game avatar in person.
Key Weakness: Greg can't control his avatar, it just appears when he falls asleep and acts on suppressed thoughts that he though of throughout the day.
Origin:
Greg is an average Joe American who is a gamer in his spare time, he wishes for a more exciting life but little does he know he in fact is a meta human. In his sleep he manifests his gaming avatar and gets up to random antics depending on Greg's mood. Sometimes he can be a villain stealing money or seeking a challenge from heroes or even saving civilians and taking on deadly villains.

Today is a blue day at Color my World by Magda. I think Magda knows what Mr. Flintstone is going to protect LOL. He has a really hard job and i can tell you the truth. He has some hard fights against me but In the End..... he lost............. I admire his braveness. He was a very hard fighter. Only looong time without any sweets lol gave me stamina to win....
Wish you all a sunny evening and Magda at least a glass of Gin & Tonic :)

I went to the beach today to watch the sunset but the clouds was blocking the view >__<...It's been a while since I went to the beach to just relax. I took a couple of shots here and there but I like this one for some reason. It has the tilt shift (Did I spell that right?) feeling but sadly my attempt to capture the paddlers with the sunset along didn't happened.
Anyways, I hope someday I could paddle with these guys. It's fun and it's a good work out but you need a lot of stamina.
