Here is a photo from todays Stage 4 running of the Amgen Tour of California. The winner, Peter Sagan (left) had enough in the tank to do a little wheelie while crossing the finish line. Wouter Wippert (right) came in second and Mark Cavendish (directly behind) third.

The Zuari River (Konkani: जुवारी Zuvari, pronounced [zuwəːriː]) is the largest river in the state of Goa, India. It is a tidal river with a total length of 34 kilometres. The Zuari originates at Hemad-Barshem in the Western Ghats. The Zuari is also referred to as the Aghanashani in the interior regions. It flows in the southern-western direction through the talukas of Tiswadi, Ponda, Mormugao, Salcete, Sanguem and Quepem.
The Zuari and Mandovi Rivers form the backbone of Goa's agricultural industry. The Cumbarjuem Canal linking the two rivers has enabled ships navigate to the interior regions to the iron ore mines. The waters of the Mandovi and Zuari both flush out into the Arabian Sea at Cabo Aguada, a common point forming the Mormugao harbour. The port city of Vasco da Gama lies on the mouth of the Zuari River.

A very difficult car to get right in lego. This FD in this setup first appeared in the last uphill battle of Stage 4. Was never fond of the FD until this spec was introduced, making it among the top 3 best looking cars in the entire series imo.
But it's again a pain in the ass because 27925 tile isn't available in black locally yet, got to wait for months again to build this thing.

These photos are of riders participating in the 2010 Tour Down Under and specifically stage 4, starting from Norwood. I was able to get there early enough to get a spot 15 meters from the start line and right alongside the sign on board on this day.
I have named those that I am sure of, but with so many riders converging at the one spot in a relatively short time, I was not able to get all their rider numbers. Any unknown are not named - you are welcome to let me know who they are if you can identify any of those.

The Athenaeum is a platform for Glasgow to share and showcase everyones' idea and inventions in terms of design and technology. It aims to reconnect human from Virtual to Reality by integrating technology and humanity elements in three different zones in the building. The site is located next to the existing Western Infirmatry area which was proposed to redevelope by the University of Glasgow to be a mixture of university campus, young studio offce, beverage and few doestic building. The redeveloping area will become a center of young entrepreneurs, innovators and designers graduated or ready to graduate from school to start their own career. The Athenaeum is working with the Kelvingrove Museum and the new University Learning and Teaching Hub to form a circus suporting the area in three different characters: Past (Kelvingrove Museum), Present (University Learning Hub, Future (Atheneauem of Innovation).

Exciting day yesterday; I live very close to the finish line for Stage 4 of the Tour of Britain and was able to watch the preparations, the crowd build up and then bag a spot 100 meters from the finish to watch the actual race. Here are a few I captured of the end of the race. The atmosphere was great and continued long after the racers had boarded their tour buses and moved on. Kwiatkowski passes Timmer and goes on to win. Well done Bristol, another great event!
After a small amount of up from the campsite where we started Malerweg stage 4, we had about a couple of kilometres through woodland and fairly level...after this the ups (and downs) started in earnest.
This was the start of the steps up to the Schrammstein viewpoint.
A productive, not merely reflective, place that engenders new possibilities, interruptive, interrogative & enunciative space of new forms of cultural meaning & production blurring the limitations of existing boundaries; questioning established culture & identity.
