Wylock is as old and crusty as any space android known. Some say he used to be a white Classic Space guy (due to a CS logo someone saw once under his shoulder armor) who refused to die. His Stafe-About is more dear to him than anything and what he seeing piloting most often.
I was inspired by an awesome, made in West Germany toy I found at a garage sale for free. I believe it might be from a Kinder Egg from the 80's some time. I tried to match the color scheme as close as possible and got very close. Too bad more parts aren't available in these colors! I want to build more for Wylock.

MY FIRST NIKON D40 PHOTO. This stone arch high up in the Caraballo mountain range divides the province where I grew up (Nueva Vizcaya) and the province where I now reside (Nueva Ecija). Both were named after Spanish localities where their Spanish discoverers came from. Both will forever be special.

La façana estava decorada amb portal de frontó rodó partit en dues columnes de pedra adossada una a cada cantó del portal, que ens permetia a través d'una escalinata molt ampla, accedir fins a l'atri.
Al mig de la façana, un ull de bou o rosetó, per donar claror, coronat per un campanar d'espadanya, amb la mateixa amplada que el peu de de la façana, i quatre arcades per a les campanes. Al cantó, dret la rectoria; i al cantó esquerre, el cementiri vell.
Per dins, l'església era construïda per una sola nau amb forma de creu, amb capelles fondes romà niques i molt antigues a cada costat. Abans tot el conjunt de l'església era romà nic, però després, suposadament al 1672 segons la data de la façana, fou transformada en gòtica, especialment tot el que és meitat cap amunt fins al sostre, amb arcades de pedra que formaven autèntiques palmeres i volta estrellada.
L'altar major era d'estil rococó, policromat, amb Santa Fe verge i mà rtir de tall, construïda amb una soca de figuera, al bell mig. Al costat dret, Santa Llúcia verge i mà rtir i, al costat esquerre, Sant Pau Apòstol. A sobre de Santa Fe, en una capella que arribava al sostre, hi havia una imatge molt antiga i vella que tothom deia que era Sant Bru, però que es creu no era altra que la imatge de Santa Maria o la primera imatge que hi va haver quan es va construir l'església, al segle XII, tal i com especifica la traducció del testament de Guillem de la Granada datat del 21 de juny de 1198:
"Deixo per la redempció de la meva à nima i la dels meus parents i de tots els seus fidels difunts, deixo la meva casa de Santa Fe, amb tota la seva Quadra i les seves pertineces, en poder dels meus mermessors, és a dir: Bernat de Castell Esperal, Bernat de Papiol i també Albert de Pierola, perquè facin edificar una església en honor de Déu i de la Beneurada Maria : perquè venguin o permutin la predita casa amb totes les seves pertinences i facin la predita església, allà on en altre lloc segons creguin millor els meus mermessors, amb els 300 murabetins que ha de donar Guillem de Tarragona pel Castell de Foix. I els prego, a dits mermessors, per la meva amistat, i pel parentiu i per benvolença, que facin dita església i la dotin d´un clergue que pregui per la meva à nima i per la dels meus parents i per tots els fidels."
En entrar a l'església, a mà dreta, es trobava l'altar de sant Isidre, d'estil clà ssic. La imatge de Sant Isidre, de talla policromada, tenia a cada costat sant Roc i Sant Sebastià . Al mateix cantó tocant al presbiteri, l'altar de la Mare de Déu del Roser, d'estil neoclà ssic, amb la imatge de la Mare de Déu del Roser de pedra, asseguda, amb l'infant Jesús assegut sobre el genoll esquerre. A cada costat hi havia Sant Pancràs i Santa Rita.
A l'entrar a l'església a mà esquerra, a primer terme es trobava el baptisteri amb una pica amb peu de copa del segle XIII. Seguint pel mateix cantó es trobava un retaule treballat amb espart, molt ben teixit, del segle XII, pintat amb figures de l'època molt vistoses, format sis quadres sobre l'espart que representaven els martirs de Santa Fe. Al quadre del mig, més gran que els altres cinc, destacava la venerada imatge de Santa Fe pintada fins a mig cos amb una ploma en llurs mans.
Pel mateix cantó de l'esquerra es trobava la capella del SantÃssim. Al fons de la capella hi havia un altar i en un xic d'escalinata, la creu del Sant Crist, amb cabells naturals, la corona d'espines i el falder de tela d'organdÃ, sostingut per uns cordons daurats amb borles daurades penjant. Als seus peus, la imatge de la Mare de Déu dels Dolors, vestida de vellut de seda negra, amb brodats de plata i or, amb la corona de plata amb raigs i estrelles, i aguantant amb les seves mans, una tovallola de tela blanca amb puntes de coixà al voltant. Tocant a la taula de l'altar es trobava el sagrari amb el SantÃssim Sagrament.
Al sostre de l'església, format dues parts d'arcades de pedra i al recte dels altars, a cada cantó es trobaven (encara avui es conserven) dos plafons rodons amb imatges en relleu de pedra representant l'Anunciació de Maria.
A l'entrada de l'església i a mà dreta es trobava una pica beneitera (que encara es conserva) de pedra molt antiga (segle XVI o XVII) i tocant a la pica, hi ha una escala de cargol que dóna al cor i pujant més amunt, al campanar.
Dintre la sagristia, a mà esquerra de l'altar major, s'hi trobava els ornaments sagrats i objectes de valor guardats en una caleixera i en una vitrina.
Davant de l'altar major hi havia unes sepultures, amb llurs là pides escrites amb lletres enfonsades en llatÃ, en que es creu que hi havia sepultats alguns frares del convent que hi havia al carrer Major (avui carrer Migdia), més concretament a les terres de Cal Montserrat.
Església d'una sola nau amb coberta de volta de creueria sobre arcs torals ogivals, amb capçalera o absis rectangular coberta amb volta estrellada, al centre de la qual hi ha una clau de volta amb l'escut de Catalunya. Presenta quatre capelles laterals i cor. La primera capella que hom troba entrant a la dreta és molt poc profunda i arrebossada totalment amb guix blanc; hi ha una imatge de Sant Sebastià . A continuació hi ha una capella emmarcada per un arc de mig punt, més profunda que l'anterior, on es troba l'altar del Roser, del segle XVII (que va ser salvat de la crema que es va fer durant la Guerra Civil (VENDRELL et alii, 1994). En aquest altar es venera una imatge de la Verge del Roser amb el Nen, que presideix el centre del retaule de l'altar i que està acompanyada, a l'esquerra, per una imatge de Sant Isidre, i a la dreta una imatge de Sant Antoni de Pà dua.
L'altar major, situat a la zona de l'absis principal, quadrat, és una construcció moderna amb decoració al frontal imitant els frontals d'altar romà nics. A la paret d'aquest absis hi ha una imatge de Santa Fe, patrona del municipi. A la paret nord de l'absis s'obre la porta de l'actual sagristia, dins la qual hi ha una imatge del Sagrat Cor, un altra de la PurÃssima Concepció i una imatge de Santa Fe, anterior a la que presideix l'absis principal actualment, que es treu en processó avui dia. A la banda nord de l'interior de l'església es troba, oposada a la capella de Sant Sebastià , una imatge de Sant Roc. A continuació una capella més profunda, oposada a la de la Mare de Déu del Roser, emmarcada per un arc ogival de factura gòtica, probablement una de les poques reminiscències del temple baix-medieval amb els carreus de pedra vista. A fons hom hi troba un altar dedicat al SantÃssim Sagrament, amb una imatge de Crist crucificat a la paret i na imatge de la Mare de Déu dels Dolors a l'esquerra. El cor de l'església es troba ubicat, com és habitual, sobre el portal d'entrada, obert a la nau de l'església. Al cor es troba l'orgue parroquial. L'arc que s'obre a la nau, a la part superior del cor, rebaixat, presenta una inscripció en llatÃ, il·legible. El portal d'entrada, ja a l'exterior, al qual s'hi accedeix per una gran escalinata, presenta decoració amb frontó rodó partit d'estil barroc i columnes adossades. Sobre el timpà decorat s'observa un ull de bou que il·lumina l'interior de l'edifici. Una fina cornisa horitzontal divideix la façana en dos cossos, sobre la qual s'observa un rellotge modern, centrat a la façana, i coronant aquesta hi ha el gran campanar d'espadanya, de la mateixa amplada de la nau, amb quatre finestres d'espadanya, de les quals únicament les dues centrals, de dimensions més grans que les laterals, contenen campanes. Aquestes campanes són modernes; la de l'espadanya dreta presenta la inscripció: "1956. Barber fundidor. Olot", mentre que a la de l'espadanya esquerra, de nom "Maria" es llegeix: "MARIA. Fundición de Salvador Manclús indústrias. Valencia".
Observacions: Antigament, davant de l'altar del Sagrat Cor, a terra, hi havia unes là pides sepulcrals on podrien haver estat enterrats alguns frares del convent que hi havia al carrer Major (ara migdia), que, segons sembla, era a l'actual edifici de Cal Montserrat (VENDRELL et alii, 1994).
La primitiva església romà nica es documenta el 1198, al testament de Guillem de la Granada. La data més antiga que parla de l'existència d'una església parroquial a Santa Fe del Penedès és una visita pastoral de 1309.
Les profundes reformes de l'any 1672, li aportaren l'estètica barroca, especialment a la façana principal, aixà com les capelles i la volta a l'interior. L'església entra en decadència amb la invasió napoleònica. El 1813, no té ara, ni altar, ni mobles. Al llarg del segle XIX, s'entra en conflictes jurisdiccionals amb la parròquia de Puigdà lber, ja que diversos objectes litúrgics de Santa Fe (que deixà de ser parròquia el 1.868) es trobaven a Puigdà lber. La rectoria va estar tancada dues dècades, sense rector propi, els diumenges un mossèn anava a dir la missa. A finals de segle, un matrimoni reobrà i habità la rectoria, tenint cura de l'església. Des d'aleshores tres mossens anaren a Santa Fe a celebrar missa dominical. L'any 1924 es van fer obres per reparar els revoltons i la teulada de l'església. A l'inici de la Guerra Civil, els milicians instal·len un sindicat agrÃcola a l'església. Tot el mobiliari, imatges, altars,.. Són cremats, excepte l'altar del Roser i diversos elements (calzes, patenes, etc.) que dos homes van poder amagar. El 1937, uns milicians despengen les campanes per fer-ne metralla. Després de la guerra es restaura la façana i les parets de l'interior de l'església. L'edifici es reobre al culte l'agost de 1939. Als anys següents, diversos particulars i associacions doten l'església d'algunes imatges. Es fa una capella a l'altar major per posar-hi una imatge de Santa Fe. Es compra i estrena la imatge de la Immaculada Concepció. El 1943 és regalada una imatge de St. Sebastià . El 1944 es va beneir la imatge del Sagrat Cor de Jesús, pagada amb donatius dels fidels, i es regala una imatge de Sant Isidre. El 1946 fou beneïda la Mare de Déu del Roser, fruit d'un donatiu. El mateix any, es donen les imatges de St. Roc i St. Francesc d'AssÃs. El 1950 es beneà solemnement la nova imatge de Sta. Fe, més gran que la que hi havia. El 1952 és portada la imatge de la Verge dels Dolors, col·locada prop de Jesucrist al Crucifix. El 1954, es beneeix l'altar del SantÃssim Sagrament, grà cies a la col·laboració dels habitants de Santa Fe. El 1957 es beneïa una nova campana de bronze, amb el nom de "Fe", i l'any 1987 l'església va rebre una altra campana, anomenada "Maria". El 1981, el rector de Sant Cristòfor de la Granada fa cessió de la finca annexa a l'església de Santa Fe a l'Ajuntament, on hi havia l'antiga rectoria, que és enderrocada, deixant en condicions la paret lateral de l'església en la qual es recolzava l'edifici. El 1984 s'inaugura el nou Ajuntament, edificat al terreny esmentat, on a més s'hi fa una pista d'esport i una zona ajardinada. L'octubre de 1991 es renoven les teulades de l'església per pal.liar les goteres de l'interior. Després de l'enderroc de l'antiga rectoria, que actuava de contrafort, a l'església apareixen importants esquerdes i bufaments en les parets produïts per humitats. El 1999 s'aprova el pressupost per a realitzar les obres necessà ries: arranjament de les parets, repicat d'arrebossats deteriorats i repintats, reforma del forjat del cor, repà s de la coberta, arranjament i consolidació de l'altar, rehabilitació dels arrebossats de la façana, les pintures interiors, renovació de la instal·lació elèctrica, poliment i abrillantat del mosaic i restauració de la fusteria en mal estat. Aquestes actuacions van donar a l'església l'aspecte actual.

I found Ge's Bird’s Eye View of Sta. Fe, Nueva Vizcaya as I was googling background information for my Sta. Fe. We shot our Sta. Fes two years apart but exactly on the same spot.
