Annie's Song - John Denver
You fill up my senses
Like a night in a forest
Like the mountains in springtime
Like a walk in the rain
Like a storm in the desert
Like a sleepy blue ocean
You fill up my senses
Come fill me again
Come let me love you
Let me give my life to you
Let me drown in your laughter
Let me die in your arms
Let me lay down beside you
Let me always be with you
Come let me love you
Come love me again
Let me give my life to you
Come let me love you
Come love me again
You fill up my senses
Like a night in a forest
Like the mountains in springtime
Like a walk in the rain
Like a storm in the desert
Like a sleepy blue ocean
You fill up my senses
Come fill me again

September 1 is considered springday, 3 weeks ahead of the earth reaching its spring position with respect to the sun.
The trees also cannot wait for that and start to open their buds and roll out their leaves.
Charlie waited patiently while I squatted in the Big Spring to look at the flowers.
If you look closely, you will see his lip curled up. It looks hilarious, but it is from his mom who had an underbite. Apparently it is a Pekinese trait.
He is getting to be very patient with me. He still gets to lead the way on almost every adventure we take.
Charlie is fun and amazing with his tiny legs and Dachshund attitude.
