The spring is here, and almost every plant is going to blossom in the next few weeks in a large variety of colours, just like this Forsythia intermedia (Lynwood). So let's dive into the almost infinite amount of shades of yellow with this makro-like picture, I took a week ago.

Hanami days were never just about the blossoms , a little food, a lot of laughter, and letting time pass without rushing.
Everyone seemed happier under the blossoms.
This was from a different year, but the feeling stays the same every April. Standing right in front of it, like every spring used to feel.

In the quiet hush of dawn,

Aren't these daffodils pretty? I think they are. Their appereance is one of the first signs of the awakening nature. The soft light was perfect for highlighting their pale colours while keeping the composition away from any vibrant hue.
And of course, it's fricking good to see the results of our elections from yesterday!
